The room was very hot. The airconditioner remote was near impossile to read (a failing battery I think). The aircon either was full blast like the south pole, or nothing at all. No middle ground. A very uncomfortable night

Our room wasn’t clean - very dusty, cutlery was dirty and bathroom had a sewerage smell. Also no tissues provided and food from the previous stay was left behind on the carpet

The beds were super comfortable, the room was extremely clean, the location was fantastic and close to everything we needed. The room itself was large with plenty of space.

Easy location to shops, groceries and pub. A surprisingly nice room for a pub room. No noise from the pub which was great, and an easy walk to the main street and beach. Staff were friendly and all amenities were in good working order.

No negatives here. A simple room with regular size balcony that met expectations.

Pool needed a bit of a clean

Lovely King Bed room with plenty of space and little kitchenette. Location was perfect for the beach and shops/restaurants in the area. We also loved the pool and discount on meals offered at the Rye Hotel.

Would have been good to have a rail in the pool to negotiate the steps in and out of the water.

The location, what a perfect spot to stay. The room was large heaps room. Had a king suite with a water view. Bathroom huge shower an spa.Super comfy bed. 100% staying here again

Nothing. Well if anything it didn't have a clock beside the bed.

Room was clean, pool was warm, staff were friendly and location is amazing!

No pool towels, internet unstable and no tissues in the room.

Great location, rooms were clean and spacious, staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Very convenient spot right near the beach and Point Nepean Road. Nice outdoor area with a pool and such a comfy bed.

The bathroom sink was clogged with some hair in it and the wifi wasn't reliable.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good position in corner so it was quiet. Pool facility was good warm and clean.

Balcony needed a good clean of cobwebs and hose down of floor was full of dirt. Sink in bathroom had a slight blockage. Internet connection was quite poor kept on dropping out

The hotel is off the main road and beach. It has many spots for parking and was fairly quiet at night.

Value for money is the issue here. We paid a decent amount and I think it was not worth it for the amount paid.

The room was a lot bigger than expected and is located in the fun part of Rye. Right across the road from the beach.

Very noisy at night due to rides across the road with kids screaming on rides

the bed was huge and very comfortable .The room was very quite and quite big .Also location was in excellent spot .Easy work to shops and beach bonus that they gave you a discount to eat in hotel and also drink card .The 2ladies i meet checking and checking out were excellent to deal with and fun to talk to

the toilet with air lock on it and had to be careful you didnt catch you fingers in the door .The couch was very soft and not easy to sit on . i think would book downstairs next time as stairs were quite steep and not easy to carry suitcases up to room
