Location. Perfect location!!!!

I had to leave just after we arrived and the staff were very understanding and re-scheduled our stay a fortnight later and I can't thank them enough for this unforeseen situation.we definitely will consider staying there again....

Very clean recently renovated room with a generous bathroom, very good shower and heating/cooling. Also a giant spa-bath that we didn't use. There's also a pool for guests. The exterior is plain but inside the rooms are very modern. While the location was very close to the main street and the beach, the room was quiet.

Central location, room is spacious, clean and updated, one of the most comfy motel mattresses, I would rate 9 for the room and location

The receptionist on Saturday clearly needs more training on communication and customer service, she was quite rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner.

Great location, large room, ground floor

No views, no outdoor space

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need. The spa was clean and easy to use. The staff was very friendly, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Housekeeping was excellent! The property is close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and the beach is just a short distance away.

The pots and pans could use an upgrade, but they still did the job.

Room was good size, clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice vibe.

No Aircondition to the rooms only at living room.Windows couldn’t be even left open as the types of the windows were not suitable due to privacy.

Location was great, right opposite the Rye Pier and close to great restaurant's and cafe's. 1 Bedroom apartment was ok, facilities were fairly clean, room was comfortable, views ok. Has a pool which is great if you don't want to make the trip across to the beach!

No heating/cooling in bedrooms would make it less enjoyable in the summer/winter months. Whilst there is a unit in the lounge area, there is no flow to the bedroom. Our TV volume setting was still quite loud on low, which didn't help with the baby in the room, but not the end of the world.

Great size room with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Didn't use the pool but it was very clean and tidy. The beach and shops are at your doorstep. Great place for an escape.

staff were very good explaining late check in for my arrival. there was no excessive noise and room was spacious and clean

car parks were a little tight, even for relatively small vehicle.

Proximity to beach

In the middle of the night, I had to unplug the fridge because it sounded like something was crawling around. The pillows were that scrunched up and all that I use them between my knees instead of under my head thank God I bought my own pillow,The mattress was like a plank of wood again no good if I had bought my own I would’ve slept much better. There were cobwebs everywhere in the property, the spa had not been properly cleaned.

The Spa bath did not work.It was 7.30pm when I was in the bath and tried to turn it on but it did not work.I mentioned this when I checked out the following day but the staff member was not at all sympathetic to my disappointment. I chose this apartment due to it having a Spa bath

Great location. Comfortable room. Nice pool.

It was quite noisy with a couple of big groups at staying and taking over pool area and bbq’s and in the pool making noise after 10pm. Also when we wanted pool towels there were none left.

It was well maintained and clean!

The toilet paper was poor quality!

Very quiet, central location, clean enough , good showers, great wifi, great laundry facilities, aircon worked well. Great fridge freezer. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. They don’t come into your room unless you put out a notice to ask them to make up the room. There is an allocated parking space.

The cooking facilities are basic - I used the nonstick pan which wasn’t nonstick, no salad bowl or any bowl ( we served our salad from a saucepan and that’s fine….) Not that we wanted to cook much but it might be an issue for those with young children. Don’t expect reception to be manned all the time- this is a smallish family orientated and run place.

Location is prime, beautiful beach, a lot shops closer by.

Is it value for money. No. The apartment are quite run down. In area like these, where you have swimming pools and seaside, no carpet should be laid, it should either be tiles or faux wooden floor. The carpet was smelly due to I guess wet feet roaming all over it.

Excellent location: very clean and rooms were roomy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Armchair not comfortable to sit on for too long.
