Great location literally across from beach room was cosy.

Great little motel opposite the beach. Very comfortable and super clean. Had a microwave, toaster and kettle. Very helpful staff. Great value for money.

Nice property, reasonable room and great location. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful at a great price.

Modern rooms across the road from Port Phillip Bay beaches. Clean swimming pool which was great to cool off in on the hot day we were there. Separate shared room with AC, kitchen facilities, Pool Table and large TV was nice to relax in.

Location - need to drive to shops and restaurants.

The lovely owner at reception was very welcoming and informative. Location was great and very convenient. Beach was across the road. The communal kitchen was clean with a variety of appliances to use. My daughters loved the pool and the pool table. Bed and pillows very comfy.

My daughters and I all agree that there were no issues for us.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very obliging and friendly.

The 2 bedroom unit was a little cramped, but that was not the fault of the establishment as it was very good value.

It’s not that I didn’t like the property I would have like a glass to drink from instead a coffee mug.

The location was right where we needed to be and the staff was friendly. My children loved playing in the pool and the beds were comfortable.

There was one window at the end of the room a bit high up however at night the street lights shone brightly in. Traffic is quite noisy.

Easy to find, very comfortable bedding and very clean.

Having a big car the parking was alittle tight to get out of.

The location was perfect! Couldn't get better than this, especially with two young kids. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The window had no lock. But the owner was very helpful and informative

Fantastic staff, comfy beds, well stocked with linens and also brooms for sand, very clean bathroom

Small with no facilities other than make a cup of tea and shower. No working wifi.Towels were so thin and rough, poor quality.Outside each unit there were ashtrays which encouraged smokers.

Location is directly opposite the beach with a short walk to pedestrian traffic lights to make it easy and safe to cross the road. The room was very clean and recently renovated. Even though the the location is near a main road we don’t hear a lot of traffic noise. There is a large common area/games room that has a kitchen with appliances and all the bowls, plates, cutlery you would need. Pool was great for the kids. The staff were very helpful and able to assist with any questions we had. The kids are already planning our return visit.

More of a note than an issue…because the location is so close to the beach the road can be busy at time making it tricky to turn right out of the property. If you turn left and the into the side street you can use “backstreets” to easily navigate to roads that have traffic lights to help turn right.

I like that they had friendly staff on reception and available to everyone whenever we needed something. I liked the clean rooms. I liked that it had a kitchen and a swimming pool.
