Professional polite staff very easy to check in in the room was exactly as expected. Simple amenities nice and clean and quite large.

Loved the quiet location overlooking the golf course. Rooms were very large and spacious. We liked that it had an outdoor area.

The room is clean and comfortable. The room is size is perfect for our family.Tv has all programs (netflix, disney+, etc) to keep the kids entertained. Parking is easy and location is closed to everything in Mornington Peninsula.

The road heading out is very close to a busy roundabouts. At peak times, it may take awhile to be able to turn into the main road (Boneo Road I think).

Only one problem is bath shower water, so hard to make the water not cold and not hot. If too over turn off cold water, then the water becomes very hot.

Great location, staff helpful, bed pretty comfy and good shower.

My room had a separate area with chairs and a lounge and that is where the TV probably could have been. Nice TV in the room with the bed but no chairs could fit in there, so you have to sit on the bed to watch TV.Wifi was just ok and needs to work given very little mobile reception there.

The room was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and the staff were very nice.

It would be amazing to have the tv in the loungeroom and not in the bedroom.

The stay at the fairways resort motel was very relaxing and pleasant clean modern motel, located in a central spot close to tourist spots!

Maybe you can fence the back yard area with a high privacy fence! Had some sticky beaks looking into my room while I was resting on the bed trying to have an afternoon nap one person came right up to the back glass door!

It was very clean and spacious. I loved the outdoor area. And was a nice quiet spot but still close enough to shops & beach etc. A lovely getaway

For the price of room, toilet paper very cheap and thin. Expected better based on room on cost.

Shower water temperature was terrible

I like that it was cozy and a good value price for the facility. It's very quiet and secluded which is perfect for those wanting to get away. Everyone around is calm and friendly and my partner and I found it a good location to reach the beach and shopping areas near rosebud and Dromana.

The reception is a bit of a struggle at times when connecting to the tv or calling somebody, but nothing too extreme. On the last night we did have some bugs enter the room when it was the really hot nights. It would be great if the doors were extra sealed to avoid the bugs entering the rooms. The lights outside each door attract the bugs which perhaps caused the bugs to enter the rooms, so if the lights are off it will prevent this issue.

We've stayed many times before when visiting family and it's always reliably comfortable. Lovely, spacious, immaculate rooms. Gorgeous quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room decorations, spacious and comfy furniture, small fridge, microwave and kettle, jet spa, cold 16C air conditioning. private outdoor area, and plenty of consumables including towels.

Lack of guest parking prior to key collection and checking, a guest SUV parked blocking the entrance upon arrival.

Available during high demand holliday period. Clean and modern.

Parking at night full and difficult to get spot next to apartment. But only 50 minutes walk extra so still ok.

Location close to Peninsula Hotsprings with good quality, cleab facilities.

Insect repellent was stored in same cupboard as cups and saucers which is a health risk, and there was miscommunication betweem the motel and restaurant about dining options and times.

My unit was clean and tide with enough space to enjoy my four day stay

The room was a great size, clean and accessible to all facilities.Good value for money.
