We loved the location and the overall experience. It's like a B&B experience.The owners are dedicated, helpful and very friendly and interesting to talk to. They even walked with us through town to show us around. We will go back and we highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Excellent in all respects. Very well equipped and comfortable rooms, central location, nice breakfast and good customer service.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition . I appreciated the little refrigerator and coffee/tea setup. Luis, especially, and his assistant were so friendly and helpful- they made our stay special. The breakfast was excellent- we loved the croissants and the plentiful local meat and cheese plate.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was fantastic, fresh orange juice, omleet, natural yougurt. I would add some fresh vegetables, but all the rest was wonderful. The view was exceptional. The stuff was very welcoming and hospitable. ¡Muchisímas gracias!

It was amazing! We had a great time in this hotel! The place was beautiful and super clean. We loved the breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived with 2 bikes and they offered storage and help with our bikes. I really recommend this place! We will definitely be back ❤️

Everything a hotel should be this hotel is. Perfection. A masterpiece. A chic modern building. A beautiful modern room with a stupendous view off to the mountains. Very comfortable beds which cured a back problem of mine . A dream bathroom. Wonderful sun filled breakfast room.

Very difficult to find even with GPS BUT our being lost led to the greatest benefactions of all. This was a Sunday. I called the owners and they came and found me and my wife, they took charge of everything, the parked our car in a little space behind the hotel, they carried our bags up from here to the door, they booked a table for us in a great restaurant nearby, they made sure our stay was perfect .

Beautifully, individually designed with superb quality furnishings and fittings. Top quality bedding, towels and robes.Breakfast with local meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, good yoghurt and coffee. Perfect croissants.Access to the building at all times with keypad.Near to restaurants, bars and smart shops.With the help of our host, we parked in nearby square free of charge.

the room is spacious, nice design, bed is comfy and waking up with that view is amazing. Staff was great, helpful with our need to have an early breakfast one of the mornings

Very comfortable room with opening patio door and small balcony. Very friendly staff at breakfast especially as we appeared to be only guests.

The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home and offered to make us breakfast to go for our early start on our final morning. The view from our room was gorgeous and little touches such as included breakfast, tea and coffee in the room with good size mugs, robes and slippers made it one of our favourite stays on our trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect!

A true boutique hotel, everything was clearly thought through. The design, the rooms, the view, the breakfast, the service - really no lowpoints at all! Very central location, but still very quiet. Book the rooms with mountain view - amazing!

Can’t really think of anything! Parking situation is easily resolved with the funicular a few minutes away.

Luis and his wife are extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is modern, clean, and provides all necessities. Located very central in Puigcerda, near many bars and restaurants, yet the hotel is very quiet.

Parking near the hotel can be a bit of an issue.

The staff was great. Even thought they did not know English, he used an app. to talk and translate for us.They were very helpful and even moved their car to let us have a parking space near the hotel.Breakfast was good.

Really beautiful view, super clean and very comfortable room. Breakfast was great and they were very welcoming, facilitating a very good cot for our baby.

Great hotel, we had a great time here. The owner Luis is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and very well equipped and stylish decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great, lots of great little details that make your stay a delight.
