Value for money no doubt, clean, nice relaxing common areas and really dog friendly , they even prepared a bed, toys and snacks for my dog , all the stuff was nice to us too

Although the location makes it very accessible , it is facing a very busy avenue , it was really loud all night long and there was no air conditioning on many of the rooms, opening the windows not possible because of the noise , otherwise a really nice hotel

Really good location just 15 minutes walk from town with parking which was great for us. The hotel has good facilities with a restaurant and bar offering food. There is swimming pool and Childs play area although we didn’t use either of these. There is a nice small garden also. The hotel was very clean, quite modern and had a good ambience. Our room was on the small side but that wasn’t a problem as it was just a stopover for us.

Was attracted to book because of gardens but these were occupied by a wedding party

A great property, tastefully decorated with plenty of seating areas inside and out.Good parking, some undercover.Lovely, well looked after gardens and pool area.The staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful.Super food and more than happy to cater for Vegetarians.Would recommend.

Small but functional room, very clean and comfortable . We were only staying one night so perfect- if staying longer I would have requested a larger room. Staff very accommodating and accepted our dog.We ate in the restaurant- the monk fish was exemplary

It didn’t bother us -however hotel is on a roundabout ( not busy) this may bother some, we slept with balcony door open and were not disturbed

The bedroom was too hot during the night, even with turning the thermostat right down.

Well located at the edge of town, with a lovely garden. Hotel staff did the utmost to accommodate our needs. Excellent breakfast buffet and nice dinner menu.

I chose the hotel as it was in a good location for a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. On arrival I was offered use of the underground garage for my motorcycle which was an unexpected bonus. The garage wasn't listed as a facility when I booked.Room was a good size with comfy bed and en-suite shower etc. Restaurant was good and offered a good selection of dishes. There was also a good bar-menu for lighter meals. The breakfast spread was also good - a buffet style. Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to speak English to make up for my poor language skills.

The hotel is ideal for hikers, good early breakfast, swimming pool after a day's walk. The rooms are clean, spacious and well fitted out. We will surely return.

Amazing Hotel near the border with France but close enough to Puigcerdà. Beautiful gardens. Pool was a bit cool but ok for a short swim after a long day of trekking. Room was comfortable, toilet was big, we enjoyed the tub a lot, and we also had a small balcony to enjoy the views.

To avoid issues with odors, make sure to use the plugs they kindly leave for you to use in the toilet.

Breakfast was excellent, the uard is beautiful

No air conditioning though it says in the Booking site there is.Very close to the highway, so it gets noisy at night

the position is good and the garden nice

the swimming pool was not open and we choosed the place because of it. the breakfast buffet was served and the woman attending could have been nicer. the rest all good.
