Hotel Terminus

Very clean, convenient location, friendly staff, good price

A shelf inside the shower stall would be helpful

It was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff.

It was alright for me, but the location may not suit everyone as it is very near to the station, with a steep climb up to the town.

Close to train and bus station. Good value. Helpful staff

Adequate size room, clean and with good heating (we went in winter)

The reception is ran by the bar staff and sometimes they take ages to pay attention to it. We waited over 30 mins to ve able to do the check-in, just waiting at the desk (the staff was there, they just ignored us as they were busy at the bar)

Very clean organized in a quiet area and close to everything

Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Location is very good close to the train station

Staff was friendly. Parking on the side of the road was easy.

The price per night is overvalued. It’s not that new anymore and you can hear your neighbors talking.

Really close to the station. Offers great views of the mountains. Also fast check in with really friendly staff

The sandwich in the breakfast wasn't great but the coffee was excellent.

Super value for money. Clean and efficient room, good location and plenty of parking

Nothing really

Location fine. Breakfast not included but available early and totally acceptable

Ran out of hot water

Very helpful receptionist. small bar. Lift

Only street parking.

Clean room.Location near the train station.Modern facilities (shower, bathroom).

Breakfast not included.Small room, not much bigger than the bed.A bit far from downtown, one has to get a funicular and elevator to get there, but since the town is pretty small, it's no big deal.

The location was good

First the bed was not properly made, no AC

Very friendly and efficient staff. There is a bar downstairs, so breakfast is good. Hotel is located right in front of the station and very close to the city centre. Good value for money.

It was cosy and comfortable, simple but good breakfast.. Friendly staff:)

Sink was clogged in the bathroom

Well managed, friendly, clean & centrally located.

One single Pillow that was too small to comfortably support the head. Not the best night's sleep.

Conveniently located close to the train station making it an ideal base for exploring the area and traversing North to South. The room was clean, comfortable with a nice outlook.

Nice & close to the station at a very reasonable price, & the bed was comfy. Easy walk into town using the funicular & lift (for free) close by.Receptionist was very friendly & spoke a small amount of English.

Nothing, it completely met expectations.

Despite the small size of the room I was very warm and comfortable. Right next to the station. Marta on reception was very welcoming and helpful.

The reception girls are very friendly and helpful , facility’s very clean and comfortable
