Very small, missing hair dryer

The receptionist on the weekend was very nice and welcoming

Broken elevator, dirty stairs, insects in my room. Bed very uncomfortable very mushy

Perfect location, everything was clean, 24 hours check-in and free tea/coffee 24/7. Close to the highway - great value for money!

Nothing really

Easy to find. Free parking right outside. Clean and tidy. Free coffee. Take dogs. Quiet.Park to walk the dog opposite. Nice shower.

Rooms very hot.

It satisfied our needs, a quick one night sleep as a stopover on the road. The staff is nice. The room is bigger than expected. It is basic and clean. We had a good rest!The shower is with very good hot water and could have big water pressure.The cafeteria next to the lobby provides a microwave and some cutlery, easy for people to heat up some light food. And it is so kind of them to offer free coffee corner for 24 hours.And right outside the hotel there are a lot of free public parking spaces.

One of the bath towels provided was with some hair on it, though we used our own towels.The soundproof was not very good, we could hear what the next room guests were talking even they were not talking loudly.

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly pet hotel with free parking at the front. Very good for a stopover on way down to Murcia.

Great place to stay for the price. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Had a fridge which is nice.

Comfortable dog friendly accommodation for a stopover on our way to Spain. Check in was straightforward and free coffee available 24/7. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. It was a 45 minute walk into Figueres. Free parking outside. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, with a good breakfast.Convenient parking and the quality/price is excellent.

Nice shower

Walls are like paper thin. Room has weird smell. Bed lining not changed. Breakfast was disgusting had small flies all over it!! Save your self & look elsewhere.

The window in the rooms can ONLY be opened very slightly - it is not satisfactory that you cannot get any fresh air... :-(There is a homeless migrant walking around outside and INSIDE the hotel, creating insecurity for the guests...!!!!!!! He also goes into the cafe where breakfast is served and collects food scraps from the tables - several guests and we found it unsatisfactory and no one from the staff did anything...!!!!!Why the hell doesn't the hotel remove that person - We and other guests mentioned the same thing - WILL NOT BE COMING AGAIN.....!!!!!!

Nice simple room, good shower, good breakfast. Nice helpful staff.

Bed only had a sheet for cover so we ended up quite cold at night. A blanket or cover in the room would have been welcome. Fridge in the room didn't really work.

Reception 24h and location

Everything that happens in the hallway you can here in the room. So in the morning is impossible sleep.

Good inexpensive hotel, the renovation in the room was a bit old, there is an unguarded parking lot, the price/quality ratio is good.

Great staff, basic rooms but location convenient

Very basic bedroom in need of refurb.

I come here every year and always enjoy my stay. comfy bed, fridge in room, aircon, helpful staff.

I had a problem with the fan in my room which hummed loudly and stopped me sleeping also the aircon stopped working but I was given a different room as soon as I asked (at four in the morning).

It was easy to find! Traveling with a dog, it was very pleasant that there was a nice park in about 2 minutes walk where dogs could run and play.

The parking was only outside without fence or other protection. There was only one tiny sheet on the bed to be shared. I would prefer 2 sheets and 2 blankets too.

We booked this knowing it was cheaper and a short stay for the night. It was unfortunately worse than we thought. There was a dirty towel left on the shower shelf with a hair in it. There was no second towel even in the bag hanging up. We could hear the conversation in the next room, the room was not quiet. There was a strange smell on the room and foyer from the flowers. I emailed ahead of time to ask about the fridge in the room. We had to throw out food we purchased because it wasn’t working.

Very good option to spend a couple of nights. Eco friendly. Good wifi.

You could hear the neighbors voices sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal.
