Clean and spacious room, dogs allowed, good breakfast

The hotel is a bit dated and run down but very clean

Walking distance to center of town and amenities. 10 minutes walk to train station downhill. take taxi from station to hotel

Breakfast selections were not replenished when ran out.

I liked everything ...the room was huge with an incredibly comfortable bed. Big screen tv that was a smart version so you can cast (mirror) cell. The view, especially at night, was fantastic. Full size elevator which is nice for cyclists (I'm traveling through Italy, France, and Spain doing a series of articles on riding in Europe). Communication was great. Professional reception. A class operation that is 5 stars! And the bonus, breakfast included - incredible value.

I tried to find something to nit-pick but no luck.

The pictures are photoshopped, the place is like never been cleaned, property too old, breakfast low quality, needs major maintenance

Thus hotel fscilities were fresh, modern, and super clean. Our room had a king sized bed and agood sized bslcony with a sunset view. The breakfast had a lot of options including delicious smoked salmon. The staff was very friendly. The location is super convenient.

I would give this hotel a 10 except the check-in procedure is very slow and complicated.

great breakfast for only 9 EUR. We had a 3-bed room, which was large. Generally very good value for money. Very quiet room (not facing the street). Very good WIFI.

Not the friendliest staff (but ok), room did have a window but was not possible to open it. Smell of smoking in the room.

Room’s furnishings are old and spent. Room had a bad smell of being closed for months. Beds werent comfortable. Towels were cheap.

Large rooms, very comfortable with ac. Great staff and few minutes from all the city center and Dali museum. Parking lot opposite to the hotel very convenient!

Large quiet room on the backside of the hotel, sunny side in the morning, but very good air conditioning. Large bed with good pillows. Nice sheets and clean room.

Breakfast was great! Tasty and plentiful! Dining room was very comfortable.

No coffee maker in the room! Sercotel in Logrono and Pamplona have in-room hot water with coffee or tea. This is a part of why I choose Sercotel.

Location was great, room was very comfortable with our balcony giving views over the city and to the distant snowy mountains.

The lobby area doesn’t look very welcoming. It is oddly furnished and the lighting is not inviting. The lobby gives the hotel a much worse image than what the actual hotel room experience is.

More exact information on which of the 3 parkingplaces oposite the hotel you were suppose to take. Furnitures on the terrace not very inviting, they looked dirty but might have been only old.

Good size room, we had a terrace, verh good breakfast.

Absence of the parking. The Hotel needs to find some alternatives...easy to say..Full parking is not an answer expected from a 4-star hotel.

This is not a complaint the hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. They were accommodating and friendly. This is a recommendation for all pet friendly hotels. It would be better if they could publish their prices for pets on the booking.com website. The charge for our dog was almost the same per night as for a person.

The check in was painfully slow. We did 2 long waits as we checked in but understandably we were early so no room but to get our bags and room the 2nd time was just as slow. Breakfast was great.

Our room had a wet cell shower and the water tends to flow into the bedroom. Bit messy. Needs some attention to stop this happening.
