it was not as close to the Dali Museum as advertised, at least 10 minute walk

The room had great AC, super soft towels which is rare nowadays, fridge, kettle in the room for the convenience.The front desk person can slowly speak Spanish, so you can polish your speaking and listening skills if your level is intermediate. Thank you for being kind and helpful!

There will be one suggestion is to include more plant-based options to the restaurant menu. Otherwise, the experience was amazing.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good (lots to choose from English to Spanish to continental) and the restaurant for the evening meal was a good quality.

Fantastic experience! The service was wonderful and incredibly polite. Breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything was spotlessly clean. Plus, having a gym available was a great bonus. I'll definitely be back someday! Thank you :)

Parking costs and not much space to park, but its good there is parking at the hotel as not much else to be had.

Close to the Dalí museum. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We slept very well.

The toilet paper is of very poor quality, which is not in keeping with the hotel itself, nor with the price paid. The bathroom does not have complete amenities.The hotel does not provide room service. We had to have dinner in the room, and my husband had to go down and order the food. So far, so good. But the food did not even come covered. My husband brought the food open, exposed, from the restaurant to our room (via the elevator).The soundproofing of the rooms is poor. We could hear other guests snoring from our room.

Everything went well. Very helpful staff - we had to cancel a second night at short notice and were not charged. Restaurant very good and breakfast A1. The location is really good, a short walk to the centre and its own carpark opposite the hotel. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around and even in November the town was busy enough for it not to have that out of season feel.

Insufficient snacks at the bar. It would be really good to be able to buy chocolate, dried fruit and nuts - at a reasonable price. Likewise in the rooms, cookies and hot chocolate would be very good.

Room was very nice. Parking was a bit of a challenge with small space and not clear on exit procedure.

€10 charge for overnight car parking, through I appreciate that parking is very difficult to find in this area.
