Hotel Relais des Chartreuses is set in a 17th-century Catalan farmhouse converted into a 4-star hotel, just 1.9 mi from A9 Motorway access and 12 mi from the beach. It offers a warm and friendly welcome in the heart of a natural setting. The hotel features rooms and a suite. Each room is spacious and individually decorated, and features a renovated bathroom. Some rooms feature a private terrace. The hotel only accepts adults. (Neither babies nor children are accepted in our establishment.) During your stay, savor delicious local specialties served on the terrace during the summer or by the fireplace in the dining room. Every dish is prepared with fresh produce from the market. Dinner is on reservation only at the latest the day before your arrival. For your comfort, the hotel offers a small wellness center and a swimming pool. Everything was perfect, the reception, the room, the dinner and the breakfast. Lovely location and really quality furnishings and surroundings. Loved it.

Air conditioning could have been a bit cooler
The hotel is absolutely beautifully appointed. Our room was large and lovely , with an exceptional bathroom too. We had dinner at the hotel on both nights and our meals were very good indeed. Great pool area and lots of places to sit outside. Very friendly too.

Unfortunately I was felt poorly so couldn't come to dinner and the owner didn't seem very sympathetic and demanded the bed cover back which was a strange experience.

Beautiful setting in the hills with a fabulous garden. The rooms were decorated and furnished to an immaculate standard and the bathroom facilities and air conditioning were perfect. Our host could not have been more welcoming and the evening meal and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we cannot recommended it highly enough.
