Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Although normal in French hotels not to provide this.

We chose this hotel which was more expensive than some as it had a restaurant as we were going to arrive late but it was closed so disappointed. web site should tell you this facility isn't available. Basic hotel but all you need for a good night's sleep.

English breakfast not normal English breakfast, but Continental with some bacon, and cold hardboiled eggs. Nothing wrong with quality, but not what was expected with description.

Our room (all?) had no AC and it was 35 degrees outside (not a common temperature but every year more and more common). We could not make a nap because the temperature both in the room and outside was too high. At night we could easily fall asleep by opening all windows (20 degrees outside) but...garbage collection truck passed for times (from 3.40 am up to 6 am) to collect rubbish from the underground bins located in front of our room...and it lasted everytime more than 20 minutes...so we could not sleep much not because the temperature (ok if u open windows) but because of...noise! It's not a hotel fault but a fault of the local municipality...

Location was nice and bed was comfortable.

Employees working there don't know English and they don't even try to speak it. We got only one towel.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. They had secure bike storage which was great for me. The breakfast was tasty too. The town is nice as well!

No evening meal available, although plenty of places near by, breakfast a bit lack lustre and meagre.Bike storage a long way from the hotel.

The owners are amazing, I was in an ultra-cycling race and they took care of my needs and locked the bike in the safest possible place. I feel that they went the extra way to make me feel welcome

It was good prive for the room was good, but......

I did not like to pay extra for 2 times 10 euro , total 20,00 euro's for 2 very little mini dogs, chinees nude crested dogs Not bigger than marmots together in a small cage .This was the first hotel on our voyage from the Netherlands to Spain we had to pay this. It is not pet friendly. To compensate we did not took a breakfast I advice hotels to mention the price of a dog or cat, than you know to expect.Transparence is a good thing.

small clean room, no one present until the morning and no safe parking, only on street. most of the town is shut on a Sunday

The hotel was excellent .. we were given a very warm welcome, it was exceptionally clean and it was the perfect nights stay. We had our dog with us and he was warmly welcomed too ?

Polite helpful staff and clean room very close to town centre including bars, restaurants and main lift.

Bathroom was tiny and water went everywhere when shower was on.

Easy walk to the town centre and ski lift.

Parking is on street but there was enough space.

Very friendly staff,very clean,location good 2-3 min walk to the center and gondola. If you going for ski and tou want to hire equipment the cheapest is on top with gondola,get out of top station and go straight for 2 min and you will see it on the left.
