Incredible front staff! We had an injury on our trip and the woman at the front desk was so kind and compassionate and helped accommodate us and provided us with a lot of useful information.

Location central to everything, clean, quiet and A/C during high heat wave!

A little difficult to access the building. Can only check in between 5:00-7:00 pm. No one present until 6:30 pm. Needed a door code to enter and did not receive one. Grateful another (French speaking)guest exited and provided me with the code, assisted with contacting reception and obtaining the room key. A minor snafu on a very hot day.

Breakfast ok but nothing special , no ham no eggs had to wait for croissants very small glasses for juice.Central position in town was good as was garage for parking motorcycle

My booking via website was not at reception as the hotel didn’t recognise that two individual bookings were made at different times for two people with the same surname

Good location in centre of Espalion. Close to a good variety of bars and restaurants and shops.

A mix up over the beds, with one double bed in the room and twin beds requested at time of booking. All resolved eventually. Reception is unattended for long periods during the day with telephone numbers provided to make contact to address any issues such as the beds

The location near the old bridge & buildings is great. Easy public parking just behind the hotel with an entrance on that side.

Check-in was 'interesting' to say the least. We had to buzz to get into the lobby. No one was at the desk, but we were there at 4:30 and check in was at 5:00, so we came back at 5:10. Still no one. I rang the brass bell at the desk, then pushed the electric buzzer- nothing. About 10 minutes later a French couple came in & I explained as best I could we had a room & wanted to check in. She called a phone number at the desk & someone told her to look on the sheet at the counter. There was our name and "ch 25". The person on the phone told her to tell us to take the key, let ourselves in & he would be there in a half hour. He also instructed her to take a key for her room. In our room, TV remote didn't work, so we went back downstairs at 6:00- still no one at the desk. He arrived at 6:20 & gave us a new remote.
