What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Well organised breakfast despite being in the public bar. Roaring log fire, daffodils on the table, fresh orange juice pressed just for you. Being a all day bar/cafe meant we could have snacks, drinks whenever we wanted
- It is right in the centre of Laguiole, next to all forgeries and in front of the Place du Toureau
- Quiet and clean
Cons -
- For some bizarre reason my phone lost the internet as soon as I entered our room. It worked in the lift and corridor, bar and restaurant but told me I was connected but no internet in our room.
- Location is great and the restaurant is everything you would expect to experience visiting the region
- On arrival at 15:30. No access. No staff. We were let in by other guests already inside. Our room key had been left on a chair, which we didn’t see… so we searched around for some guidance. Finally saw key so let yourself in. No access code so unable to go out and get back into the hotel… and no wifi code.
