The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

The location was hard to find, especially with the event taking place over the weekend.

Clean comfortable bedroom with view of sea..restaurant good but bfast too much and too expensive.Pool was superb ..accessto sea and town centre good9

Bathroom needs updating plus shower difficult for elderly.

The location is amazing, the food really nice, and generally speaking it is according to expectations.

Some of the spa facilities are a bit tired and in need of repair.

There was rumble everywhere with work in progress and that spoilt the view from the terrace..The corridors were cold and drafty

the hotel just needs massive painting and repair. the garden could have more trees... restaurant and entrance hall needs modernization.

I would say that the hotel was very well placed, The gardens and terraces are magnificent The treatments and breakfasts are top notch. The staff at reception could be more friendly and more professional.

The communication and professional approach of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. Really disappointing. It's a shame, because the place deserves better.

The locale was excellent.The terrace was lovely. The room comes with a little balcony which is nice.

The property is really overpriced given its overall appearance. It’s an aging property from the late 1960-1970’s( I suspect) . old stucco, brown paint makes the property dark and dingy. The lobby and area have a old sea smell. The pool is ok but nothing special. The staff were indifferent to the fact that there was no internet service for the week we were there. The room wasn’t cleaned very well either.

the staff were attentive and professional, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked super well, the outdoor pool was excellent.

the wifi was very unreliable, the hotel was not super well maintained, chipped paint, stained carpets, and broken doors, the sauna was lukewarm, the massage rooms were tiny and sterile and lacked any kind of ambiance or style, the restaurant staff were nice but it was very expensive for what is was.

Top location, right at the beach. Very nice terrace for drinks. Pool bag.

One or two charger stations for EV would be a plus.

beautiful view on the rooftop terrace where meals were served. pools and beach were very nice! beds were very comfortable

The location is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is perfect for a relaxing time.

Pools timetable. From 10 to 7. You miss the best time of the day! The staff at reception were not able to recommend anything in terms of places to see and visit. They simply told us to go to the Tourist office... Pity.

A terrible sewage smell throughout the property which we complained about to reception and was dismissed as a smell from mud treatments within the spa.

Swimming pool, sauna, free classes of aqua gym and yoga, very good location just in front of the beach and close to city centre, spacious room with terrace.

Breakfast not worth its price, buffet often half empty, staff not very professional (probably tired). Toiletries in the room very basic for such a hotel.

Too many doors to get through the corridors. Guests were sometimes slapping these doors walking through the corridors in the middle of the night. I booked the hotel shuttle, the driver was waiting at the back entry of the train station without notice. I had to walk around the station, look for him and call the hotel to find him. A note from the hotel via email or call would have been helpful.

Good proximity to the beach, the restaurants. It was peaceful.

The shower didn't work, the bath was really difficult to get into and the room was miles from the reception; 6 fire doors to pass through to go anywhere.

The location of the property was close enought that I could walk everywhere. The staff are out of the world and went to all lengths to help me with any questions I had.
