Stay was fine. Enjoyed.

I was not impressed by the mix up of settling the account of the first stay. I had understood that Booking.com had taken payment from my credit card, but, prior to my arrival (their email confirmed that they had taken the money from my account), They then sent me an email suggesting that I had left the hotel without paying. On my second stay I settled the first "outstanding" amount for the first stay, and I'm assuming the you, Booking.com have credited my card with any amount that you also took from my card for that stay? Usually your organisation is spot on. A bit disappointing to find the restaurant closed on the second stay, a Wednesday.

Location, room size, friendliness

It is right across the Mediterranean Sea.

Too noisy, between the cars and the passengers walking,and talking loud at night. Also, if you keep your windows open, it smells the diesel from the numerous cars that run by.

Really great location ON the beach, amazing views from our window. Room comfortable. Good Value-Street parking available, although a busy location.

There were a good number of stairs to our room and no elevator. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of for those with mobility issues.

Bathroom was well-appointed, though rather cramped.Our dog was welcomed.

Room had a VERY cold floor. Why not put down rugs or a small carpet, in the winter season? Breakfast was mundane, and served without any choice. Should be self-service & self-selection. And included in the room price.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness was above average. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the rainshower and overall modern installations.

The breakfast buffet was a bit empty but it was totally off season so no problem and the staff did accommodate our special requests.

The location by the sea and a short walk from the town center. Comfortable lounge / dining room with fire place.

It was a cold weekend, the room heating was just enough but new radiators are being fitted.

Everything was wonderful the lady ( Tania) who welcomed us was just lovely and explained everything to me through translating on her phone It was very reassuring Lovely location we love swimming so just over the road

The staff at reception were very kind friendly and helpful.

I did not like the way the owner of the hotel was treating its staff and her behaviour was in general stern and suspicious. I would not go there again because of that aspect.

Delicious breakfast, cute terrace, welcoming and accommodating staff, across the street from a beach with nice soft sand. Lovely place, would return. We were traveling by bike and they let us store the bikes in a locked room next to reception, which gave us peace of mind.

Maybe a duvet instead of blanket, but not a big deal.

The location, the isolation and the attitude of the staff. Buffet breakfast was good. Apart from the minor problems noted our stay was near perfect and we would highly recommend both the hotel and the town. Do not miss the ornithological park nearby.

The bath is very deep and difficult to get into and out of if you have any problems like arthritis. This problem however is by no means limited to this hotel. More important though is the lack of an elevator and for us old folks that was a definite minus when handling luggage.

Was close to the sea, cheap parking across the street

Very outworn and shabby, mold under the tapestry, the room was in a sorry state and in dire need of renovation. 110 Euros per night in low season was just such a rip off. Can't recommend at all.

We had two large, comfortable rooms. Sea view from one of them.Breakfast was simple and fresh, good quality and enough food.

Parking a nightmare especially if you've got a campervan or bigger, not the cleanest and breakfast not great

well renovated room facing the ocean. air conditioner was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

You have to arrive early if you want a parking spot. It’s on the beach and demand is high.
