    Pros +

    • Ideal spot to enjoy Les Saintes Maries de Mer. We had the room Kika, which is huge, with an amazing terrace. The breakfast was super good served by an amazing lady.
    • Breakfast was perfect. Air con worked well. Friendly staff and even when it stormed Marie served our meal in our room better than. 5* hotel !
    • The room looked nice and it had a view to the port.

    Cons -

    • The towels were not changed. The shower didn’t work well. The place itself is a bit dodgy.
    • Communication prior to arrival was non existent; emails and calls were unanswered. The only time I managed to speak to someone (and I speak French), they promised secure parking for our bikes. When we arrived the welcome was limited/ brusque and the parking (secure or otherwise) was non existent. There was some noise from the room next door; the walls are thin.

The decor of the room was cool and calm. We liked the beach vibe and it was spotlessly clean with a large, comfy bed. Madam at breakfast was very good and the breakfast itself was generous. The location was perfect.

Beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable spot with a lovely view over the harbour and steps from the beach.

Our room overlooked the harbour and the sea and there was a large balcony with seats so we could sit outside .The breakfast was fine . the few staff we met were friendly and helpful . The town was full of great places to eat - there was an excellent market - highlight was boat trip into the camargue.

We found it difficult to find a parking place initially , but the next day we were able to park directly outside the side entrance

Fantastic location just opposite the sea and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and market. Staff excellent. Gave us free drink on arrival. Breakfast good. Large airy room.

    All pretty good. No complaints

Really uniquely beautiful and comfortable room, good location and easy to walk anywhere in town. Great spot to stay while exploring the Camargue.

Fantastic location & BEAUTIFUL interior design of the room. LARGE balcony to lounge on and watch the sea, fishermen boats, and people.

No elevator. If you have a suitcase that is a little heavy it could be annoying.

The location, the informal but well thought through design of the accommodation, the delicious food and the friendly and very helpful staff.

A very warm, friendly hotel with lovely staff. I felt well taken care of as a solo traveller. The balcony was a nice size and I loved the view too! Highly recommended!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the 1st floor was very nice, especially sea food.

Breakfast. All people except Raphaelle were friendly.

-stayed for 1 week but NEVER got cleaning-never got coffe/tee refill-when we mentioned the two things above to Raphaelle (who's the director of the hotel or thelike) she reacted very rude, and told us they will clean/refill coffe. However they didn't...

Excellent service and friendly personnel created the atmosphere like at home. Cleanliness, large terrasse, a great view of the yacht port, and extraordinary cuisine made our stay exceptional. Special thanks to Raphaele - you are amazing! Thank you!

The location and the staff are fantastic. The beds are really comfortable one of the best so far and the food in the restaurant is good.

    10DavidPosted on: 7-10-2023

The location is perfect (5 mins walk - at a relaxed pace - from a choice of wide sandy beaches, and 2 mins from the town centre), the rooms are welcoming and tastefully decorated with a light touch of bohemian chic, the breakfast is very good, but above all the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. From previous comments, it is clear that they take serious note of any issues and deal with them. Strongly recommended.

I guess a little more unpacking space, like a wardrobe, would be nice, especially for a longer stay. But no big deal.

    10RichardPosted on: 6-14-2023

The hotel was quaint and the staff was lovely. Furnishings were modern with local beautiful whimsical decor. The location across from the marina was perfect - short easy walk to center of town and to multiple beaches. The hotel restaurant was superb and delightful benefit to have on property — the mussels were outstanding. Parking was easy and the staff was more than willing to help with directions. Raphael and Allan were friendly and made every effort to communicate in English and to understand our very limited French. We loved it.
