An affordable place to stay close to the coast.

There was no-one there to check me in when I arrived at the time I told them on the phone I would arrive. Communication was not great, but I did get let in after a while.

Great location and nice pool. Good variety at breakfast. Very quiet and comfortable. Difficult to find vegetarian food nearby but we found an Italian restaurant. Lovely views of the sea and sunset nearby. The beach looked good but we didn’t try swimming.

Easy to find, nice room with airco, 10 minutes walking distance from the city center

WiFi was not working well in the room, parking for the hotel is very small we had to park the car in the street which was OK: huge parking behind the hotel however no light during the night and doesn’t look safe to let the car in the night.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, cafés and shops. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, obliging staff and pristine pool. Breakfast was only 9 euros and perfectly adequate. Dog friendly. Free parking next door!

Some may find the bathroom a little dated but it was super clean so didn’t bother us at all. Therefore, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

A good location near the sea. A little further to center of the city, but not much. The pool in the hotel was fine. Also the breakfast was great.

We had two rooms - one was standard and one was better with balcony. The standard was notably worse, but also cheaper. Both were comfortable with air condition.On our arrival we waited for more than 30 minutes as the reception was empty and we were told by another guest (?) that someone would come shortly. Then we tried to call on various phone numbers (one number on the front door had typo) and finally we reached someone, than a lady came, helped us and apologized to us. Not a big deal just not a big intro.

No hairdryer or kettle in the room. One had to ask in reception, and reception was closed all day and evening. Hence i also came to a locked door at 1pm, and had to look up booking.com to find a number to call. They suggested an 8pm check in. I said no, and they checked me in at 3. Pool not heated.

The doors are very old and noisy ! Make much noise, So the toilets and the showers;are very noisy ( douches toilette très bruyantes )

With the hotel’s rating, I expected a better experience. I was disappointed to find towels and sheets with holes, walls that needed to be washed, a toilet seat that wasn’t the correct size, so It slipped around when being used, dirty (old) sofas in the common areas, and multiple minor repairs that needed to be done all around the hotel. It just felt run-down. I didn’t feel at all comfortable there.

Location - few minutes walk from bus stop, beachfront and village centre. Easy to find. Appreciated the toilet separate from bathroom. Comfy bed.

Booking in was a little perfunctory and basic. Had to ask later for WiFi password. Some repair needed to bathroom handbasin/cupboard. Would have liked cups or glasses in room other than flimsy paper cups.

Great welcome, very friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Quiet, practical location, nice terrace or balcony, very good value for money.

We had two rooms on two floors; one of them clean, the other not. I had to clean the toilet before using it and generally speaking the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. I wanted to mention this before leaving, instead of writing it here, but there was no front desk staff upon departure.

Staff were wonderful

Hotel was a bit dated in terms of look and feel. Wasn't the most comfortable place and I could hear mice scratching about inside the walls.

After 8 pm no possibility to accès drinking hot or cold water

I would advise making electrical outlets near the beds.

Hotel next to bus stop for Arles. Pool closed (sadly). Room balcony nice but small & overlooked by adjacent rooms.

the wifi does not work at all! it’s 2022!!! also the communication between staff i don’t believe is very good
