Humidity and smoke smells in the bedroom, windows can't be opened, you cant see clearly through them because its cristal was too dirty.

I liked the staff, they were really kind and polite

I didn’t like that the window was damaged and water flood into the room because of the rain, the window had tape on it to prevent it but it was torn apart, they need to fix it, it’s room 1203.

Spacious room, clean, good shower!! and nice staff. The location was good for us but we have a car. The breakfast is nice with many options!

The walls are a bit thin so in the mornings you hear noise. The king bed is comfortable and big but maybe a bit soft

The location and the opportunity for larger rooms are significant advantages.

The check-in process is handled by a single attendant, which means registration takes approximately 45 minutes. I have never waited this long to check in. I chose this hotel because it was marketed as a premium option, but in hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to recent reviews noting a decline in service and upkeep. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed those concerns.The check-in process was extremely frustrating due to unnecessary delays. Only one front desk employee was authorized to assign rooms, while the second employee had minimal capabilities. This created a bottleneck that forced everyone to wait, even though there were not many guests checking in.Breakfast service was also poorly managed. The buffet could not keep up with demand: black coffee ran out during breakfast, and despite asking multiple times and being told it would be refilled, I had to ask again more than 10 minutes later. The soup on the buffet was cold. Overall, staff consistently offered excuses rather than solutions. At one point, the coffee attendant said he had been instructed to help with rooms instead.Compounding the issue, the original room we booked was not ready because housekeeping had apparently broken the shower glass. When maintenance attempted to address a musty smell in the temporary room, they brought in an extremely loud dehumidifier, making it uncomfortable and impractical to use.There were also serious safety concerns. The emergency exit stairway lights did not turn on between the third and second floors, which is unacceptable.The following day, my family was finally able to move into the apartment-style room we originally booked. However, this process still took about 30 minutes, again with only one employee managing the front desk.

Avoid this property at all cost.The facilites are old and not well maintained, the staff is very unprofessional and need better training. For example, the air conditioning wasn’t working well, the front door didn’t close well and needed fixing and the staff was super rude. We ordered a cocktail and they didn’t know the names of the Gin(s) they had, after that the charged us twice for the same item and I had to argue with 5 different people to explain them their own menu; at the end they understood their mistake and withdrawn the extra item, but it was a painful process.Avoid this property at all cost, it looks a good deal, but it is not. This was a terrible experience and I will never stay in this property ever again. It was once a great hotel, not anymore.

I had made an error in my booking at another hotel and due to a conference in BAQ, the accommodation in the city was limited. We paid nearly AUD $1000 for two nights including taxes (due to the price hike) for a two bedroom apartment. It was poor. The aircon in the living room did not work, there were no facilities to do dishes, no knives or glasses to have a drink. No hot water in one shower and when I twice went to reception to ask for glasses etc, they never arrived. Absolute biggest waste of money I have ever we spent traveling.

The Breakfast Amazing traditional Colombian Goodies and A mix of Continental with twist. All Restaurants serve A top Grade Menu as to makes you wanna stay in the Facilities.

Beds were comfy and breakfast was really good

It took over 20 minutes for staff to even try to bring us a beer — and in the end, it never arrived. On top of that, after we had already ordered, they asked us to leave the table (which had no “reserved” sign) so they could decorate it for a romantic dinner. We also had to wait a long time just to do the check in. Overall, the service really needs improvement.

Very bad news experience

Monica Tatiana Arroyo at the front desk was very impolite to us. We got on time, the room was not ready and she kept my companion waiting for one hour at the lobby just because I had to leave a while. Payment was already guaranteed. A true five star service begin with customer service. This is not worthy for the money.

The staff attention was excellent. Too sad that the staff are not the owners so they are to the mercy of the cheap administration.

Junior Suites are supposed to be more comfortable. Instead, no minibar was at the room, the coffee maker was dirty (replaced when asked for), the power outlet at the kitchen is plugged with cement, the bathroom door had to be repaired to allow closing of it and the external windows to the city view were absolutely nasty and muddy on the outside. A couple of cooking pots were available (nasty and lack of cleaning) and useless because the suite does not have stove. The cutlery: 2 table knifes, 1 kitchen knife totally a disaster and a nasty cutting table.

Spacious room shower was excellent upstairs restaurant was excellent the staff at the pool where very accommodating.

There where some issues with the room but quickly was all taken care of
