The large, modern, and clean rooms along with the fresh continental breakfast. The staff's friendliness made the stay pleasant.

Located on outskirts of city which is good for easy access to highway. Newly built, tall with good views. Good value for the money at approximately 150,000 Colombian pesos.

The free breakfast is quite poor; the kitchen staff really don't have a clue. The lobby area is freezing as are the rooms and the thermostats are rather difficult to figure out and set. Also the parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel itself.

Parking is a problem, and it gets worse on Sundays and holidays; you have to go to different counters to avoid the charge. The aisles smell musty.

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious. The restaurant space is a bit small which wasn't a problem except for the last two mornings. I guess they had more guests during Easter break.

I didn't like the fact that prices were not displayed at the mini market they have in the lobby. We drank a lot of water and at the end there wasn't much of a choice since the malls are close but not easy to get to from the hotel. Also, they need to wash the windows. Beautiful views but not visible.

Due to a malfunctioning air conditioner, I had to change rooms at 3:30 AM.

Pricy for a four star hotel. In a quiet neighborhood but my close to any restaurants except by Uber or taxi.Don’t like it when hotel does not provide drinking water. You pay a lot for the room so why be so cheap with water.
