Hotel Monterrey

Perfect location.

Mold smells and humidity all over the room, you could feel it from the get go.

The location. The room was clean, the staff nice. But it wasn't spacy enough for me. It was great that i could transfer to Atrium hotel next to it, managed by them.

I didn't like that the room and bathroom were so tiny. The matrass was very hard. It wasn't what i was looking for. I think it's worth the price you pay, it's clean and all, but it is not for me. It 's not the hotel, but me wanting something more.

The tv not working because the remotes need new batteries water from a leak next to the door and terrible actitude at the front desk over price for a 1 star motel

Nothing was ok with this hotel

First room they give had a bad smell of mold, cockroaches in the room on the fridge. When i informed the lady at the front desk she just ask me again roches in the room? like is normal for them. The hotel is dirty all over, wall is black with mold everywhere. Room smell so bad. Batchroom small, after shower water all over the floor. Faucet head dirty with mold. all over the beds with hair, sheets with stains, matress very hard, a/c dirty with mold, fridge dirty with fruit from previous guest. Fridge all stains with mold outside and inside. Breakfast is the worst. All over the hotel need to be put down. Booking.com you need to cancel this hotel from your list.

All lies. What is show to you is a big lie, no internet. Very small room, you can not cancel. Not wort your money . Poth

As soon as I arrived to the hotel they canceled my reservation. It not only happened to me , three more customers passed throught the same situation.So irresponsible to confirm a reservation and as soon as the customer arrives they cancel it

God location

Smelled humid, bathroom had a leak, toilet did not flush, no shower head. there were 5 birds in cages that could be heard from the rooms.

Breakfast was kinda good, nothing special tho!

The hotel is located in a noisy-busy street, with lots of traffic and the facilities are old fashioned. Our room was disgusting, the bed was uncomfortable, and the washroom didn't even have a proper shower. We ask the stuff helping us fixing the washroom but they didn't care at all. Our towels stinked and at the end of our stay, the stuff checked them and complain about their "state", it was totally insane! In a nutshell it supposed to be a three star hotel but it's barely 1 star.

the price and staff

doesn’t have hot water. Although is located in Barranquilla (hot weather), the water gets very cold early in the morning.

Disappointing

Aircon couldn't be turned off and the light from it lit the whole room up at night. Toilet broke during our stay. WiFi died several times. Not very good service.Maybe we were just unlucky. Other rooms looked better in terms of windows and light.

There's no way this place is a three star hotel. I've stayed in better hostels for cheaper. The worst complaint is that they added nonsense charges to the bill when I checked out. It's a rip off for foreigners as far as I could see.The room is crap. It's small and dated without a window. And the shower reminded me of the mannequin pis. A trickle of cold water. Breakfast is awful and it's the same thing everyday. Eggs rice and rock hard arepas. With the worst cheap instant coffee .I very rarely complain about hotels but this place was awful. I felt like I was under surveillance constantly with the staff asking me where I was going and when and with who. When I checked out they added bogus charges for cleaning. Avoid this place.I travel a lot and I would say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for some time.

They charge extra to use the swimming pool, it would be nice to have the price included, also some pictures on the internet and here show it.

The breakfast was truly delicious and worth the money. The location was good to stay quite and attractive

The television only had spanish on it more movies and music should've been on it

Comfortable room although a little small. Facilities were ok. Location is good for night life but day time the street is very busy and commercial.

Very noisy during the night. Something banging constantly and very very loudly If you can't sleep with noise you will not sleep here.

The people are nice and kind

If you go to party is excellent, but if not is much noise.

Staff was helpful

Rooms are in rough shape, mold around the AC, walls and missing concrete on the walls, no hot water. There was a raging river in the front because of no proper drainage. The beds where addiquitly hard enough to use as foundations for a house..

Price toooo much

Everything, installations, staff, relation value/qualities, location, overall it's a 100/10

I'll say the size of the TV, 14" it's very small.
