The service. The staff was courteous, respectful and attentive,

The trash can had not been emptied out from prior guest.

Clean, nice staff

The breakfast was cheap, little food, bad Coffee and stale bread. The aircon was placed right over the bed. There was some kind of non-stop unusual sound in the room. Felt more like a lower end motel than a Radisson.

The staff was attentive and extremely accommodating.

There's no where to sit down outside.

Hotel seen better days. Lots of maintenance issues. Rooms are more prison cells than hotel rooms. Breakfast mediocre. Major construction going on directly in front of hotel.

The food wasn't really good, since the city is doing construction works nearby, it was virtually impossible to rest at night

It is in a good place of the city. The breakfasts were really good.

Around the hotel the streets are with work, si completely destroy, some of the streets are completely closed, and the noise of the machines are huge to have a good rest. Also, one day we receive a towel completely destroy.

Facilities in general term was lack of maintenance, halls way to rooms were dark and poor in ventilation.

We stayed during the carnival but realised it was a little way away from most of the action

Service was great, reception and door staff were really helpful and kind.

Facilities are old. Room needs paint work, smelled like humidity, and the pinkish window filter makes the atmosphere strange. The lobby leading to the meeting rooms on the first floor smelled like naphthalene. The hotel looks old and falling apart.

It does say soundproof but the doors could be more as we woke up from a screaming child in the hallway

Just the food

When I got there recepción wasnt very nice, also checkin is 3pm and I didnt get my room until almost 4pm because they stated they didnt have clean towels, refer in room made a crazy noise every 20 min and the last night the ac also started making a crazy noise, last thing a water pipe burst right in frontal of my door room and water came in the room all the way pass the living room. Turning off the water supply of the toilet and couldnt use it. Request it a taxi and it took 35 min to arrived. Plus for that primero I could of stay half primero in another hotel that look newer. I really thought the name radisson ststef for something but never again.last thing there was nothing in the refer for sale. Just an empty and stain refer.
