Misleading ad: breakfast is NOT included. Super obnoxious bathroom lighting. Room is either pitch dark or too bright with just bathroom light which required use of loud fan.

I liked the overall cleanliness of the room and breakfast was delicious.

I expected more from the overall location of the hotel, as well as the room itself. There was a construction next door to the hotel which affected the curb appeal and first impression. The room view was of another construction out back.

This location does not have a pool. It only has a jacuzzi. When I got there there was an event on jacuzzi area and it was blocked to all other patrons.

I like the cleanness and the way how is organized the room.The breakfast is good and everything is tasty, the staff is always expecting to help.

The door lock in room 201 was broken, and I was unable to properly secure the room overnight, which raised serious safety concerns. In the morning, I discovered that towels were missing. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, it took 40 minutes for them to be delivered. I then realized the hairdryer was also missing, which required yet another follow-up and an additional 15-minute wait. As a result, I was late to an important business meeting — the very reason for my trip to Barranquilla. This experience reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and unacceptable service standards at the hotel.

Location and friendly staff. I enjoyed internet connectivity and the gym. Perhaps because it was a low season, access to lobby and elevators was a breeze.

Breakfast is plain and redundant. More fruits and veggies as well as natural juices would be great. The card key stopped working on a daily basis for no reason.

Great value for your buck. Spacious, friendly staff, big shower with actual hot water (to this point 4 previous places struggled giving us hot water). Location was good too.

The installation is really good and clean, the bed is really comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast also good and the staff were ok. The pool is too small.

The pool is too small and the receptionist asked us how much time we were going to be in the hotel after we did check out, I found it reckless because we wanted to stay by the pool for a while (short time) because in the morning earlier was closed and we couldn’t enjoy that area. Also, they didn’t have water bottles in the refrigerator.

It is okay, clean and nice personal. The breakfast had choice Confortable for a night stay

It was very close from my doctors office.

When I saw the parking lot (yes I went with my car), I did not feel safe atall. The room: room was clean but they really need to get rid of those old bedsheets.

Dear Hotel Manager/Booking.com Customer ServiceI am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at Wyndham Garden on 03/26/2025.I booked my reservation through Booking.com, but upon arrival, I was informed that there was an issue with the booking system and that the room I had reserved was never actually available. This was frustrating, as I had relied on the confirmation provided by the app.The front desk staff did not provide helpful assistance, and it was ultimately the bellboy who stepped in to help my wife and me. I requested to speak with a manager, who offered to assist, and I explained that we were in town for just one night because my wife had a chemotherapy treatment scheduled the next day. Given our circumstances, all I wanted was a smooth, hassle-free experience.Unfortunately, the room I was given had a non-functioning air conditioner due to an alleged power outage. However, having lived in the area for five years, I know that power outages are extremely rare outside of major storms. This raised concerns for me, especially since my wife is unwell, and air conditioning is essential for her comfort. Eventually, I was moved to another room—ironically, the one I had been offered instead of the one originally I had booked from the beginning and was unavailable due to the "booking system error."The issues continued the next early morning 6:30ish when my wife and I went for breakfast. A staff member repeatedly asked my wife to confirm our room number, which we didn’t immediately recall due to the previous night’s confusion. Rather than handling the situation discreetly, the employee continued pressing for the number in a manner that felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially at such an early hour. If security is a concern for the hotel, there must be a better way to verify guests without making them feel uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable rooms

The walls or the door that communicates rooms does not block the sound. I was able to hear next room people phone ringing and the whole conversation that person had. It is not a matter or people being noisy, is the hotel structure itself. Lobby smell was too much

The elevators didn't work properly. l had to use the stairs a lot of times they were horrible, and l won't be back again.

The hotel is clean. The staff is excellent. Everyone was pleasant and efficient when we needed anything. The restaurant was excellent every day.

I couldn't get even a warm shower. Apparently, you have to set the dial in the middle and even then it was only barely warm. You claim to have a jacuzzi - you don't you have a cold small pool. That was disappointing.

The hotel is located near the Medical Center and shopping. Safety is a major concern, as is security and cameras. I had the great opportunity to meet the new manager, she is professional, polite, and attentive to detail. This is not my first time in this hotel and I select it because of safety concerns.

Sometimes the bathroom towels are missing, the restaurant can be improved to provide a rapid response but the quality of breakfast is excellent.
