Breakfast was good and about what you could expect.

The A/C did not cool the room. The mattress was thin foam on hard wood. The hotel was old. No hot water but that was ok because it was so hot due to lack of A/C. You almost get what you paid for.

The area around this hotel (North) was quiet and provided various restaurants/ stores/pharmacy/supermarket nearby. The room service was good; they asked for cleanliness every day.

Nothing. The cleanliness was deficient, starting with the elevator, which was dirty, smelling too bad (mold), and the whole building showed its paint was peeling due to the high level of humidity. By having lunch at this facility's restaurant, we were intoxicated with the provided food, which was served enmeshed with plenty of salt and oil to hide the taste of the ugly food, which caused us intoxication, with more than three days of diarrhea; I had to go to a pharmacy to buy medications to try to stop it. I made the complaint to the hotel's representative, and finally, we couldn't stay for the whole booked days, we had to leave the hotel 03 days in advance, and the attendant refused to provide me with the information regarding the checkout statement.

The staff is the best of all. From front desk, to housekeeping, to the kitchen and the bar just excellent! The staff and employees are the best part of the experience. Thank you Yannine and Antonio!

The beds are little to hard for me.

The location is near restaurants, markets, transportation, half hour walk to malecon.

The hotel need a big update, around the pool said ,"NO foof,no drinks in this area" but people were allow to drink and eat when they were inside the pool. I requested a refrigerator, it was very old, dirty. The food was too salty and priced for the quality.

Hot water in the shower. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Location. Very good customer service.

Wifi signal was not good inside the room.

The property is very old and decrepid it’s like a hotel from the 1970s and there are no restaurants nearby in a very strange part of town

It is well located, nice neighborhood.

Since it is and old building it needs a lot of maintenance. The doors and furniture need to be updated. The glass windows in our room were filthy. The maid for some reason used to turn the air conditioner off and when we came back to the room it was a sauna.

It was close to shopping malls and relevant stores, as well as interesting places to visit.

The walls are thin, not only weren’t we able to get a good night sleep due to traffic outside the hotel, but other guests were too noisy due to partying all night and getting drunk or running around the halls and nocking on doors loudly. The staff was kind and tried to address the issues but at the end of the day there was nothing much they could do about other impolite and uncultured guests.

The attention was perfect, everybody is the nicest also the view and the pool service was great, best place I've stayed in quilla

The woman coming and waking me up every morning at 8 am asking if I wanted to wash my clothes. Them charging me over $30 to wash my clothes. The air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the entire room.

The place is too old the bed , the furniture inside the room , the wall is dirty

Hotel needs a renovation and paint, everything looks and feel pretty old. Bathroom had a plastic Courtin with little whales drawings. Pool was not available and buffet breakfast was served by a waiter. No water available at room.

Breakfast was ok and amazingly I slept very well. Staff was kind and aircon worked.

I paid extra for a superior room with a pool view, I didn't get this. It was so hot that I couldn't be bothered taking the time to resolve this & settled for the room I'd been allocated. There was no socket near the bed as advertised. The whole hotel, particularly the rooms are in desperate need of a major makeover. The windows were taped up around the edges & the furniture & fittings were very old, worn & in some cases dirty & damaged. To be clear here, the staff are first class, it's the owners who need to invest in a serious upgrade of facilities.

The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and protein. It is served by the staff. The location of the hotel is a great neighborhood and near important entities for paperwork processing such as Gobernacion de Barranquilla.The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms beat-up but very clean.

The bed and linens were too old and thin and did not smell freshly washed. The pillows where thin. The bathroom did not have hot water (although is not really necessary). The AC and TV where pre-set and we could only turn them on or off. No changing channels or adjusting the temperature to your liking. My family and I had two rooms next to each other and we could both hear the next room being extremely inappropriately loud very late at night repetitively. I will not be staying gain. The pictures on booking are outdated.

The staffs are friendly and helpful The room for our first night was noisy and the hotel changed it to a more quiet room without drama and hazzles.We even got complimentary fruits. Love the effort.

The staff services are above and beyond, the breakfast buffet is good. The location is very safe.

The room design is too old and there's cockroach in the bedroom and toilet

I didn't mind the plane, restaurant was decent, I mean for the price it is decent, the rooms are a little run down, if you just need a quick spot to pass by on, one night, or just a place to sleep and leave the next day it's good.

I would not stay at this place if it were a long term stay, but if want a budget place, this hotel will do the trick.
