It wasn’t really clean. Staff was a little rude or serious. Wi fi was never working.

The hotel in general is good. Despite their premises being old, they continue to provide good service. Breakfast was good and they let us check-in before as our flight was during the early morning. The hotel location is great. Quiet neighborhood anf it felt safe. Different restaurant options nearby

We understand that people in Barranquilla loves music and Vallenato. The hotel put some loud music during the day. As we travelled with a baby girl sometimes we went back to the hotel to rest. Due to this music we couldn't rest as we would have like. So the staff needs to consider that some visitors need quiet spaces.

Very small coffee cups in lobby. Coffee not available many times. A real joke, you have to pay for milk in the coffee. Other than that, no complaints

Location was excellent.The room was spacious and comfortable.Swimming pool area and breakfast was decent.

Gym is outdated and not taken care of.I didn’t have towels on my room and after asking three times to the hotel receptionist: 5pm, 7pm and 9pm I didn’t get a set for that day.

Staff was suPer friendly and helpful. Made the stay a pleasure. WiFi was to weak to stream video I wanted to watch. So missed a fight I wanted to watch. Otherwise no complaints. Certainly would stay again.

I have been there only 1 night to participate in an event in the city. The hotel was in a good position and the staff was very friendly. The room was large and it had verything it needed.

The location was superb (right in the center of Barranquilla). The staff was truly marvelous and helpful ! BUT... The bed was VERY uncomfortable (far too soft). The bathtub didn't have a working plug. The (small) swimming pool was freezing. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. I have to admit, though, that the food in the hotel restaurant was truly superb! All in all, a very mixed experience...

It is close to Artesano where you can get good coffee (you will not get it at this hotel, they don't wash the coffee maker).

They didn't give me the discount that was on Booking when ordering, neither the Genius credit. Since i booked without possibility to cancel, the stay cost me much more than expected. (About 400.000 COP more for stay than it should have been with the discount, in addition also much not received on Genius) My advise - don't book here through booking.com, especially if without possibility to cancel. (After you book - the price on receipt will be without discount. So take screenshot if using Booking.com)

Very good Breakfast, great location and clean lobby . Good stuff and nice pool .

First room we wake up with roaches on the floor. We called the front desk and they change our room it was clean but we saw one or two besides that it’s a good hotel and get stuff.

The staff make you feel very spoiled , they are so nice and friendly ,I didn’t like the first room cause they have a side that is old but they moved me to the new side, just call ahead and ask them to be in the new side, because after I got the new room was 5 out of 5. Breakfast is soo yummy.Another little detail didn’t like was that they take too long to give you new towels but honestly the way they treat me and my family ,was worth the stay. Location is sooo good you can walk to good places from there and they always can call a taxi for you , one that is safe. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms smell like old rooms and they don’t look like the picture. They look very poor and damage. Also my allergies were horrible because of the smell

Don’t waste your money

Another experience in a hotel that looks better in the pictures than in reality. First, this hotel does not offer any amenities in the room. Only two towels, for a couple. Bed is not confortable at all, pillows material generate heat and don’t have support.Air conditioning doesn’t worked, worked more as a blower. As you stay in the room at night you sweat profusely, you cannot keep nothing in the refrigerator it doesn’t work, bathroom has old fixtures ,neighborhood is not that great and there a floor where parties are held during the week till late hours, giving problems to sleep as the sound travels.The price per night may be attracting other people, but it’s not working. Barranquilla is hot city and a lack of air-conditioning is unacceptable, you want good and reliable service, and attention to details , then it requires for you to stay at a better of hotels. I left after my first night, preferred to loose the two other nights.
