Staff was very friendly , it was near many places that I liked.

There was a slight smell in my room, but I didn't notify the staff about it. I also wish there was hot water, but it's understandable. I'd come back again and again.

If I could give a zero star to this hotel, I would. Let's begin from the urgent request for payment before arriving at the hotel with a threat of reservation cancelation two days before arrival. I reached out to the hotel via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp for clarification, but I never got a response until the day of arrival, but they still insist on payment before arrival. I ensured them they would be paid upon check-in. Upon arrival, the check-in was smooth. Once in the room, it was a total disappointment as it was  the opposite as advertised.  The room was uninviting, unconformable ( it seems like they set a couple of beds  and a chair in a room and called good enough),the Tv never worked, and the walls had stains all over. The bathroom lack of toiletry, and water barely came out of the shower. The hotel only provided a couple of small shower towels (no hand towels or wash cloths( for the 3 nights we stayed). We asked extra towels  but never got them. As for the breakfast, it was another disappointment (sloopy scramble eggs,  a piece of bread, and a cup of coffee or juice.  We decided to have breakfast somewhere else after this kind of service.For the price we paid and the pictures posted by the hotel, they are below the expectations. We paid for a 4-star hotel, and we got a low-budget motel building and service. I couldn't cancel the reservation as they were going to charge me regardless. Since Barranquilla was celebrating its carnaval, the chances to find a different hotel were slim.

It was clean, air conditioner and wifi worked properly.

The rooms look completly different from the photos and not for good. The room does not have a minibar fridge which is necessary with the local weather.

The people in the reception was super Nice, The breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect to reach the events and for transportation. The cleaning staff threated us in a very polite and respectful way. This was a great stay!

Basic breakfast. Fried or scrambled eggs o bread and a coffee

I came back late at night and had to wait for 30 minutes at the front door, as the 24 hour person was not at the front desk and I kept rinnging the bell outside. It is also close to a night club which got quite loudat night.

The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room has a small fridge to store drinks and things.

We asked for room with a twin bed, but we they gave us a room with two separate beds.

Not much we liked. For sure the place doesn’t deserve 3*Clean bathroom.

Started with problems to open a main doors for us.Most of stuff out of order because has been broken.Next we are informed that there is no reservation for us. After few minutes it turns out it is. Next TV doesn’t work, or the receptionist doesn’t know how to set it up. At the end i had to show him how it works.Equipment in the room very old. Fridge looks like found on the street.

It was clean. Breakfast was good.Service excellent

It was very noisy,because near bye was 3 radio stations with speaker outside.

The food is tasty. There is different chefs throughout the week. Slightly different meal everyday. The staff are really nice and helpful. The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is clean, I have not seen any pest here. There is taxi's out-front to take you to where ever you need to go. The receptionist often lock the hotel entrance for security reasons, but they will let you in without a problem. There are descent and inexpensive restaurants and stores in walking distance. All in all I would say this hotel is an excellent value and I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is safe to walk in. Outside there are parties at night close by, not everyday but it does happen.

I've noticed sometimes that the water shutoffs for a period of time. Not sure why, but it hasn't been an issue most of the time. Sometimes it's just bad luck I guess. I never asked the staff about it. The toilet doesn't have very strong flushing power, but it is usually adequate enough. It could be the city or the country I am not too sure, but the laundry service is quite expensive. You may want to try to hunt around for a cheaper price for that.

It was fine, nearby places I like.
