Couldn’t see out the windows because of condensation. Elevator didn’t go beyond the 14th floor. Room’s bathroom had a degraded door and loose sink fixtures

An attendant came to my room and programmed my new phone to gain Wi-Fi access. Very kind!

The employees are amazing and the best front desk. The waiters. The bar tenders and security. All very good and dedicated

The food is good and the service is great. Beds are clean and comfortable and the toiletries are top of the line!

Cleanliness, specially in corridors outside the room, wasn't great. No coffee makers in the rooms.

The staff was very nice and attentive. They had great amenities from a pool, sauna, gym, spa. Location has a grocery store, pharmacy, a cafe and a restaurants or two right across the street which was very convenient.

They try to add extra fess at times. Like You only had two people on the reservation. But I need to charge and extra breakfast fee

Very few towels, no washcloths, only two big towels, no extra toilette paper, a lamp had to be unplugged to turn it off, and saturday there eas a very loud party that didnt let us sleep til 3:00 am!

The concierge greeted us at the door and very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!! The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the swimming pool was enjoyable. Overall an excellent hotel.

The only reason I didn't award the hotel a 10 was that the doors to the rooms closed very loudly and we were catching a very early flight. So what happens but the people next door checked in a 11:00pm and their in and out went on and on so I didn't get to sleep till long after midnight. My only advise is that because we requested a quite room and because the hotel was not filled that late arrivals be placed in rooms as far away from others as possible..

It has all the facilities to make your stay really comfortable..

Our room had a door connecting to the room next door. We could hear people talking and moving around. It was not terrible, but I'd rather have a room without that door..

Breakfast was wonderful!! Great selection of local and international foods!! Facilities(pool, hot tub, pool deck) were super! Nice view of city from 3rd floor! Staff was extremely helpful and always accommodating!! Definitely will stay here again when in Barranquilla!!

They left us two bottles of water as courtesy, but we found we found tips of nitryl glove tips in one of these bottles. unbelievable and unacceptable for a hotel chain like Estelar.

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...
