Location.

The hot water in the shower was not HOT! Wifi speed was a disaster.

It's modern clean and the staff is nice and helpful

The did not have any English TV such as CNN or BBC no like to be able to see the news while away

I am a long time customer. I have stayed there for as long as 2 months and it has always been a very good experience. Extremely clean and comfortable. The staff has always been very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend.

Not anything I can think of that I don't like. I think they could use a pool which they don't have.

The hotel is really cozy, the staff is exceptional and the location is perfect you can find a mall just 2 blocks away, restaurants around and a place to party just a few steps from the hotel

That the room felt dark

Impossible to sleep through the night. A car in the garage had the alarm off every hour bellow our room and the staff did nothing to fix it.

We asked for a bottle of water and they said we had some in our room to find a mini bottle no fridge and it was pricey.Same morning asked for a coffee nespresso and refused said that I had to go purchase at the bar.Nice hotel, but they just want to bleed you

Good facilities

Incredibly noisy. Staff making noises at 0400. Knocking on my door for laundry I didn’t order and sound of some massive air conditioning outside coming on at 0300

Great value for the price paid and it was very clean. I checked in late, around 10pm, and it was a snap. Breakfast was included and quite good.

A late checkout was 70k (~$18) for another hour or two. I had client calls. I didn't think the hotel was too busy and perhaps it could be accommodated. I ended up checking into my new hotel earlier as it was more accommodating.

Location, Value for Money, Premises.Great neighborhood, safe and pretty with everything you may need as well as the best restaurants in town. Hotel is chic, clean and smells amazing. Great staff.

This was my second stay and this time I got a smaller room. Hotel is on a popular avenue, so expect traffic noise pretty early in the morning.
