Locker didn't work

The only thing that I like was the pool at the rooftop

The room was small lack of light and the bed was not comfortable for the price l paid

Confortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating ! the place is very well situated to go everywhere I needed to go

1 the gym was under renovation but may be next time be functional

Clean, quiet and so comfortable. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location, very quite great for families and the beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great too

The only thing is that there are some public construction on the street so be aware if you use public transportation sometimes the road is close

The breakfast was buffet style, and there were plenty of options. The service was great, and all the staff were ready to help in any way.

All the pastries were not gluten-free, which for me was a dealbreaker.

The noise from the next rowhen the take a bath , the pipes made a big noise.

-TVs don’t work in a lot of rooms -some rooms are more cold than others-some rooms beds are different than other rooms.-

-TVs don’t work in a lot of rooms-some rooms are colder than others -some rooms the beds are more uncomfortable than others.-In some rooms, you have to put your keycard in a slot to power on the lights. It’s annoying, and if you don’t put the card in the slot you are in complete darkness.- Staff laughed when I tried to speak Spanish and I have an accent. I’m from the US, and I speak some Spanish. When I checked in, I spoke Spanish, and the smirked and laughed. At least I try to speak Spanish .I stayed at this hotel 6 times in a 15 month period.

Excellent Hotel, location, staff, clean, beautiful!!

Breakfast was good. Location was also good, safe area.

The A/C was connected to a sensor and only worked when we were in the room. It took a while for it to cool down.

It was a basic hotel with very basic rooms that were adequate but not architectural interesting.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very well located. We had an issue with the first room we were given on the 7th floor. We notified the staff and as soon as a room became available, we were moved to a better room.

The first room we stayed at had a severely problem with humidity, it had an unpleasant smell and felt starting getting sick from the smell and ambiance of the room.

The whole Hotel smelled moldy... You entered and it smelled Very unhealthy. Not only at the reception, also in our room

Basic facilities. Furniture was of terrible quality and tv remote did not work.

Good location, clean room, hot water in the shower.

No duvet on the third bed and minifridge was leaking. Breakfast only okay, coffee was horrible, juices taste artificial.

Hotel has very pleasant staff, clean installations, definitely a great value for the money. Breakfast was very good.

The property looks really nice.

The rooms smell like mold and there are bed bugs in the room and i couldn’t sleep any of the two nights i was there. After the first night i told the staff about it and they were very helpful and changed all the bed clothes but the problem persisted. So i couldn’t sleep during my stay and i wouldn’t stay there again. Even though the location was really good and everything looked really new and clean.
