It has a great location,pretty close to the Mall.groceries stores,pharmacy. Etc Even walking you can go to these places.

No,it wasn't, it was what I expect it and what I paid for it.I really enjoyed it for 2 weeks.

There was only one towel for 2 people. We had to ask for the other one in the front desk

The location, the lady that cleaned the room and the first doorman that welcomed us. The matresses and the pillows.

The rooms are too small. The room was not as I requested and booked, and I had to wait until they cleaned another room to give us. The AC or the sink, not sure which, was leaking. The space for the toilet felt like being locked up and punished, super small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was overpriced. The parking conditions were not ideal; once you parked you'd better not go out, or you would risk not finding space later.

No-frills stay. Good location. Impeccable. Kind staff.

Great staff, location is amazing, breakfast available, room service was excellent. Overall I loved the neighborhood proximity to the mall(Viva) and restaurants(Chori/Popsy). Wall art was unique.

The rooms were too small, the bathroom was also too uncomfortable, the cleanliness was lacking, and the mattress was definitely uncomfortable. There was no room in the room to put suitcases, and there was no hairdryer, but the lack of cleanliness was definitely what caught my attention.

I love the location. It’s very close to restaurants. The breakfast was good, a variety of options and the best chicken soup in the world. Very kind staff and they clean the area frequently when people are eating.

I didn’t expect my room to be super small. No drawers, security box, extra towels (hand or face) no closet, I guess that’s what I paid for; however, I stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. It won’t fit my needs if I need a longer stay.

The downtown location is close to everything so it takes the drama of taxis out of the equation

The noise in the halls can be easily heard in the rooms, which can be disturbing. The curtains don’t cover the outside light enough. Pillows can be better.

Place was clean and the quality/price ratio is very good.

We were woken up by staff at 10:30pm at night by insistently knocking on the door to charger us for something they messed up during the check in process.

the offer wasn’t explicit about the coast of Add Taxes. Yesterday I was checkOut at 12, but I needed stay in the hall few hours, I take a Caffe and the Hotel claimed a payment: it’s ridiculous because I’m stayed 4 nights and drank caffe all time. it’s worst: I bought coke and snakes some time!!! Booking don’t specific that my reserves didn’t include breakfast.
