Love the concept. Very instagramable and beautiful photo spots. Staff was great and helpful. Great options for breakfast.

Great location and the buffet breakfast had a nice variety but some of the items were not refill so if you wake up late you had less options.

We asked for two things, one wasn’t working and the other way was empty in multiple occasions but they didn’t take care of it.

The pillows smelled terrible, like cheap perfume. Which I assume is because they were not washed and changed. Had to throw them on the floor.

Restaurante Don Ignacio inside hotel, had great Italian food. Staff was very helpful.

We came right before the start of Carnivale so hotel was more expensive for us. Not much to see right around hotel except a stop at El Prado Hotel cafe.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet and it's in an excellent location. The breakfast buffet is really good and has a lot to choose from. Highly recommended all around.

The hotel is elegant. The breakfast is amazing good, with a great variety and quality of colombian and international food. The pool is beautiful with great views of the city. The beds were super comfortable. We had great time at this hotel and we totally recommended.

The bed was comfortable, the elevator was quick and quiet and the staff were exceptionally friendly. we were charged less than booking. com has quoted.

The room has an unpleasant odor (mildew?) and the breakfast was only ok.

The front desk gave some random woman the key to my room. And she walked into my room with the security guard and maintenance staff.

The hotel location, near to many restaurants with many options. The staff is very kind and the beds are really comfortable.

Everything was great. The only suggestion would be adding lamps to improve the desk illumination in the room.

The management was very accommodating by giving me a room upgrade because of my original room not being ready.

I feel like the building could use some maintenance and touch ups. There were several walls and surfaces that were damaged or partially finished. Several small details were also lacking such as my room not having an iron, the cable tv/Netflix not functioning, and laundry service not being available late in the afternoon (despite the hours saying it was available until 5pm). I believe this hotel must have looked quite impressive during its first few years of operation, but as I’ve mentioned, it needs some TLC, and attention to detail/increased staffing should be considered.

The design and decoration of the hotel is impeccable. We felt as if we were in Paris or some place like that. Each detail is amazing from the roof top restaurant, the roof top pool, the check in area, and especially our room with private balcony all look like pictures in a magazine. I asked for a romantic detail for the room for my wife and me and they delivered a spectacular scene of roses, rose petals everywhere, a bottle of delicious wine in ice, and chocolate covered strawberries. It was like a movie. The attention and service were 10 stars, and everyone was so kind and helpful. We have never had service this good before. The employee are the best!!! The food is AMAZING!! We ate lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the roof top restaurant and the drinks were made perfectly, the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. The bartenders are number 1!
