Nothing it was all good

Breakfast was good.Restaurant staff were kind.

As soon as I checked in, encountered two issues.The safe was not working and TV was not working.They fixed these in 2 hours.Wifi did not connect from my room, it was constantly losing signal.

Rooms are good, location ı can say depends on your plan but that was good for us. Cleaning was good. We enjoyed a lot.

They can improve the breakfast because it was kind of lunch and it’s mention you can use spa and sauna but not. They say it’s high occupancy it supposed to work we were thinking to relax but it couldt happen.

The curtains the curtains were not good at blocking out. The sunlight might have habitat did not have sunlight blocking shades.. And my stove was not operational at all and there were no cups or plates in the kitchen

- worse bed ever, and I’m not verry demanding - location is in middle of something like a ghetto for our feeling- it needs a renovation especially the furnitures- no heated water- bad isolation so u can hear everything outside- we took the suite, still not good enough for the value- bad smell in the whole room and bathroom, mayb something else to clean up with

The lack of lighting by the vanity!

The phone-key was a good thing, although I don’t think everyone would like to download an app just to open their bedrooms.

Breakfast was not what the pictures showed. We were charged +7000 COP per person just because the Hotel wants it, but the receptionist said it was a Booking fee, which was not true. The Hotel looks nice outside, but is very old on the inside. The room was not well cleaned, at least not the floor. I think for that price, we could have gotten a better Hotel.

Was not the room presented in the pictures and descriptions. When we'd ask for stuff, seemed inconvenient for the staff. The refrigerator did not work for several days and took them several calls to replace. Won't stay there again

Nothing honestly

Everything, no hot water, no pressure in the water just trickling out. The bathroom sink was not attacked to counter top and kept falling off, the lock on the door was broken, the air-conditioning struggled to keep room cool. They were redoing the floor in the room next to mine so they were banging all day long into the night, told the desk and they just laughed it off. I am in shock that this is a Howard Johnson. Everything about my stay was terrible, even the so called free breakfast was a joke. They micromanaged the service into gibing out super small portions. I dont believe there was ever an english speaking staff on. I do have videos and pictures as i just thought there is no way head quarters would believe in such a terrible place, staff, and constant banging all day long. I can say after this i will never stay at a Howard Johnson again as that place was by far the worse ever.

The bed its good, room was simple but clean

It did not have water to shower or flush the toilet. Did not get towel either for hours.

They made up after a week of being on the Hotel but the 1st week was horrible. Then they overcharged

Dear Booking,I need a refund, the hotel charged my card to Friday, November 24th, and I left Wednesday, November 22nd.Please advise.

The rooms were dirty and they changed us from room 3 times on the first day. The staff Maria was unpolite and rood to us, because we told her the service was not good she told us we receive the same treatment we provide.We stayed without water in the shower, towels wore dirty, and I requested twice to speak with the administrator, and he never received me. This was a bad experience

The facilities are great, but I would suggest improving the gym by providing more machines if possible. Additionally, the quality of the towels for the pool needs to be reviewed

The gym is the only location that did not meet my expectations. As I mentioned before, I will focus on improving both the physical space and the machines in this part of the hotel.
