Great value, people at the hotel were lovely, upgraded our room as we had a large cat with us; very polite & accommodating.

Friendly staff. Excellent meal at the restaurant. Breakfast good too.

The entire stay was spoiled by people in a rom near me talking and generally being noisy until 4:00 am. This was due to the lack of soundproofing as evidenced early next morning when the cleaners started. Every door opened or item put down reverberated through my ground floor roomroom

The room was clean and decent, parking was easy, was what special was the homemade breakfast with lots of pastries and a decent selection of cereals, fruits, cheese and ham. The staff was also very welcoming.

We had to work and the staff was very friendly, although we arrived early, before check in, they let us work from the common area while having several online meetings. Wi-Fi was great

I can totally agree with the majority of the reviews in that the staff are absolutely lovely! They are all so friendly and accommodating without going over the top. The air-con in the room was fantastic, and the bed was very very comfortable. It was also very clean. We were only there for one night and didn’t try out the restaurant or the pool, so I can’t comment on that but it looked very pleasant .

It was a bit too warm for me in reception, and there is no lift but apart from that everything else was great.

Friendly and helpful staff, room clean, patisserie right next to hotel which opens early till late. Free parking at front and behind hotel. Good for a one night stop over. Nice swimming pool.

Restaurant in hotel was not open on the Sunday evening we stayed and there was very little in Lunel which is not the nicest town. The room said on booking.com that it had a balcony but there wasn't one in our room, but the rooms that did have a balcony are facing the road so maybe better not to have one. Only had one towel in the room so had to ask for another one.

No soap in the room. I asked for some so that I could wash my hands at least but was told that this was against policy. Location is on a busy road.

Super nice staff. Gated and secure parking. Spacious room. Nice shower with ample pressure and hot water.

The property is pet friendly - for dogs up to 20 kilograms. This was not made apparent at the time of the reservation so an exception was made for my large dog. The supplement is 13€, which is a bit steep, especially after being told I should clean up enough so that a dog was not present. There were quite a few ants in the bathroom and room. The staff tried to take care of them but it requires more chemical treatment to remove. Overall, it was a fair stay. The room was clean but severely dated decor.

cheap, good, enough. It was a stop for us in a long travel. The breakfast wasn't so good for this price.
