Ibis Lunel Petite Camargue

Good location (we were travelling by A9 and it was close by)All what a traveller needs is there:free private parking, round the clock reception, bar, breakfast, WiFi.the below is just advise for improvement:1. hooks in the shower are useless as if you hang clothes or towels they will get wet while one is taking shower (hooks are in the shower cabin. It would better be rack on which to put towels or clothes on top.2. an electric drying rack woyld be absolutely great as if your towels get wet after evening shower you need to use them wet in the morning.3. a little fridge would be nice.All the rest is just perfect!

Everything was excellent from the warmth of the staff to the quality of the breakfast.

Finding the hotel was not easy, the address given links to the Ibis Budget 10 minutes away.

I liked the security. I felt comfortable. The entire staff was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. I got a good nights sleep Enjoyed the breakfast the first day, the second day all the food was cold.

Smoking was directly outside the entrance. As we dined smoke entered. That was the only thing that I thought the hotel needed to change. Simply moved away so the cigarette smoke doesn’t come in through the lobby.

Traveling from Italy to Spain, we chose to stay at Ibis Lunel Petite Camargue due to its convenient location and positive reviews. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The room was spacious with a modern design, and we had an excellent night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout curtains that ensured complete darkness. The room was also perfectly quiet. A significant advantage for us was the private parking, as we had many personal belongings with us.The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional staff. Communication was brilliant, friendly, clear, and extremely helpful—even after we had checked out. We realized we had left our AirPods in the room and called the hotel. Emily, the staff member who assisted us, went above and beyond by personally checking the room for us. Although she didn't initially find them, she promised to follow up with the housekeeping team and call us back. It turned out that our AirPods were in our car, but Emily’s kindness and dedication left a lasting impression.We have never experienced such outstanding service and genuine willingness to help guests. We sincerely thank Emily for her efforts and wish her all the best in her career. We would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.

Good location, easy access from the motorway.Plenty of choices for the breakfast.

I had dinner on the evening and was served a pulled duck burger that was not well cooked (heated), the burger was served more ore less cold from the fridge. I complained and got 5% discount?! - A joke!

super clean modern, very friendly helpful staff.

This hotel is much better than the average Ibis. It has a more upmarket feel and is well run. Pleasant indoor and outdoor bar areas. Secure parking.

Black room design was not to my taste. Don't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom.

Very clean, nice rooms and friendly staff

The bed in the room was comfortable and everything still felt brand new. We were here for a wedding in the area and it was the best connection to the wedding venue.The swimming pool was a nice added value to cool down and chill.

Location was great for an overnight stop and the Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choice and all fresh.All of the staff were extremely professional, polite and courteous.

The hotel was so much better than we expected. The level of comfort, green surroundings. The stuff anticipating our needs. Pleasant and relaxing experience

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the motorway, and ideal for a stop over night when traveling, but there is not much to discover right around the hotel. However, there is an nice restaurant in the hotel, so no need to go out elsewhere for dinner.

No kettle, rooms noisey, no decent channels on the telly.

Nice clean Hotel, very nice staff and very nice room

The property was clean and the staff were very nice, always eager to help. I was also able to park and even charge my electric car for free. I also liked the food options from the restaurant.

The breakfast options not so great.

Wonderful staff, definitely the best ibis I have been to. I normally expect a crack den but this was very upscaled. Reasonable design, normal sized rooms , and again, wonderful staff!

Interesting architecture. Parking availability. Very dog friendly. Clean and pleasant . Breakfast starts at 0630

Ibis hotels are always reliable. Nice, no nonsense, and very comfy beds. This one has a remarkably good restaurant in the lobby, but unfortunately couldn't try it. Recommended!!

A bit tricky to get into the parking.

This is our favorite place to stay on our drive from Spain to the French Alps, it is easy to get to from the highway, free, easy parking, and a great value for the money. We love their restaurant and it is so nice to have a really good meal at the end of a long drive. I also love the decor and the comfy lounge/reception area.

The shower floor was slippery and it could have used grab bars. Other than that, I can't find anything to complain about.
