Cons -
- Neighborhood was noisy and maybe rough, wouldn’t walk alone there in the evening. Would prefer 24 hr reception. The building was a bit noisy to get used to. The note to not picnic in the rooms was clear, but it may be helpful to offer recommendations of where one may picnic or nearby restaurants.
- In the shower, the shower head had a leak, but it wasn’t a really big deal. The air conditioning was a bit too cold for me in the main room, so I turned it off completely, yet the bathroom thermostat was Also very cold & that couldn’t be controlled.
- On street parking around the hotel. It wasn’t a problem finding a spot.

Lovely entry and staff was very helpful when checking in. They took very good care of me.The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area and sleeping was very comfortable. The bathroom although very compact; it was clean and ideal. The shower water pressure was good and there were plenty of towels. All in all, it was a lovely place!

The location was very convenient just a short walk across the bridge to the old town. There was secure parking available and the host recommended and made a reservation for us at a wonderful local (not touristy) restaurant.
Nice traditional hotel within walking distance of the center. Good WiFi. Comfortable small room with comfortable bed. Helpful staff which speaks English as well. Quiet location.
On street parking around the hotel. It wasn’t a problem finding a spot.
Great location for walking to old town. Staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast very good.
Size of room is small…but it’s france so I don’t expect big rooms. But bed was comfortable. Size of shower is small. Might be difficult for someone of big size.
The location is very convenient. It's a short walk across the river to all of the main sites.
No kettle or coffee in the room.
The room was clean. We could store our luggage on the day of check out, which was great. Breakfast was very good- not included. The distance to the old town was walkable.
Unexpected were the two stairs we had to climb with luggage, as well as the toilet that was in the hallway, and really very small. Busses from the station are irregular and walking distance was 25 minutes.
Passable
No food or drinks allowed in room. I like a coffee in morning and a glass of wine at night. "Picnic in room not allowed" (sign on wall). No glasses or cups supplied. Also, I left items in safe. Emailed a few times asking to check safe. No reply. They do not answer their phones. Called many times at many times, including their business hours, which start at 15:00 o'clock.
Fair price, parking close by, short walk to centre ville
WC on landing outside room, awkward shower half bath set up, really all needs updating.
Comfortable, quiet. Room was comfortable, quiet, convenient location across the bridge from the old town. Engaging and helpful staff with great advice for exploring Arles. Good breakfast for a reasonable fee.
Clean rooms, great location (10 min walk to the centre) and friendly stuff. Free parking in the street.
AC in the rooms was not copying well with the heat and there was not AC in the breakfast room
Staff was super nice and the hotel was very cosy. Room was nice and clean. Super nice stay.
Very quiet very clean hôtel it looks à little dates but the rooms are bright clean and comfortable withnair conditioning. The hôtel has à garage for the overnight parking of cycles and motor cycles. Car parking close to the hôtel could be difficult.
Needs à door Bell difficult to attract attention of réception when the front door is locked.
Excellent location, across the bridge from the old town. Easy check in. Comfortable room, clean. Quiet, good a/c. The public areas are a bit tired but perfect for a couple of nights.
Lots of parking places nearby, but not easy to find an available one.
Easy check in, nice antique style. there is an elevator if necessary. AC worked perfectly, it was very necessary with hot weather during our stay. Not very far from center, just across the bridge. Bath tub for kids was appreciated too. A big ginger cat at the reception made the kids extra happy and they did not want to leave the hotel.
The room could be a tiny bit bigger, as we were a family of 4. Breakfast was ok. It's hard to find a parking space.
Free street parking (which would not have been easy in the center of the city) and easy walking distance to the center of town. Elevator to get to room. Nice reception.
A little dated carpet, but they kept it clean.
Very cosy hôtel but check in is too late
The late check-in at 3 pm. That's really late. We can't even drop off our luggage if we get in a bit earlier (we got in at 2 pm)
It was a convenient location and staff were very nice. Room was small but clean with good shower.
A bit dated.
