internet very intermittent, no real ability to stream, difficult password entry. zero staff. an absolutely dangerous “side table” by the bed that was actually a construction brick, complete with jagged edge that I smashed my arm on while sleeping, as it was jammed into the bed. totally inappropriate use.

Balcony overlooking a beautiful shaded plaza with 3 or 4 cafes. Wonderful place to wake up, pour yourself a cup of tea, and open your French doors and sit at your little table and enjoy the scene. Great place to come back to after your day’s activities too.

No elevator and no reception staff.

The location is very good. The hotel is situated right in the center, where there are many restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. It is also very close to the train station.

The thing that caused us the most discomfort was the lack of air conditioning. When we entered the room, there was only a fan, which wasn’t powerful enough to help us sleep at night. The bed was literally hot, and for us it was absolutely impossible to sleep during the two nights we spent at the hotel. We didn't have too many expectations seeing the price was also low, but the owners should think for the next summer to start installing some a/c. During this heatwave it's impossible as a tourist to sleep when the bed is basically burning.

Basic, inexpensive hotel with a perfect location. Small bedroom and bathroom, but the bonus of a little balcony. The guest is informed at the time of booking that there is no air conditioning, and no lift, so you do know what you are getting in advance. Comfy bed, ceiling fan, and stand alone fan.

Great location, decor and terrace. Really bad sound insulation between rooms and corridor. No fridge and basic amenities.

Perfect location. All balcony rooms. Nice to sit on the balcony and watch the activity at the restaurants below.

4th (3e) floor. No elevator. Loooong stairs. No staff on site.

Very very clean! Very clear directions how to get into the hotel and my room ( no front desk of staff present) . Cute location, cute room. Important if you care: no elevator, no TV. I had a wonderful mini balcony with a cafe table and chairs! Looked out in Place de Voltaire. Restaurant underneath is fantastic.

Great location, beautiful balcony, well designed interior. Good mattress. It would be nice if there was a plug near the tea kettle.

They forgot to unlock our bedroom door for our arrival and we were locked out upon arrival midnight and had to unfortunately bother the staff via phone at midnight to let us into our room. Luckily they answered right away, were apologetic, and arrived within 15 minutes.

Great location and 5 mins from free parking at railway station. Good shower & comfy bed.

I liked the position of the hotel on a lovely square, with bars restaurants and close to the centre of old Arles

The hotel’s room design is charming. Location is good, very central.

A lot can be improved as far as cleaning is concerned: should be done more meticulously as it really feels done in a careless. There were also stains on the bed throw which could easily be avoided. Mosquitoes crushed on the wall and ceiling…

Well located

It is autumn time but I don’t have hot showers at the first night and the WiFi doesn’t work.

Very friendly welcome from the cafe opposite where we stored our luggage before check in (and which we visited many times for drinks during our stay). The host was lovely and answered all our queries. Room had a great balcony overlooking a lively but safe square. Decor of room was vintage, simple, uncluttered and very tasteful. No TV but a kettle which is handy. As is the fan. Should noise be a problem, then be aware that the square has lots of restaurants in it. Not an issue to us as we enjoyed watching it all from our balcony!

To be honest, a mini fridge to keep water cold, if nothing else, would have been handy, in 30 degree heat.

the room was not cleaned properly. The hotel personnel does not assist you well.The rooms are overall dirty. there is no minibar. There is no elevator. Threre is no tv. THe shower is open and the whole bathroom gets very wet.

It is located very centrally, the hosts were friendly and we got everything we needed.
