Standard Premier Classe. Room was clean & bed comfortable.

A couple of issues: no shower curtain; no soap in the soap dispenser. Heating - not able to turn it up sufficiently when I was working at the desk.

Warped main door meant it could not shut properly.Toilet door was too big for door jar so would not close.Shower was broken.

free parking, location close to highway and service area.

No internet since internet in maintainese or another option for internet needs a telefon nummer of france which I don't have, after argue with reception it was not helpful, after 30min another guy of hotel comes and connects my phone with internet. So, the internet finally works, however this service should be included in my payment already and it wasted my 1h for argument.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The signage directing us to the location and outside the building/on the gate was poor.The bathroom needed generally upgrading, and there were cigarette burns on the sink.USB charging points would have been useful.

Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Access to French TV.

Glowing light from light switches disturbed sleep.A long walk to town, as a pedestrian.

I didn’t like anything.

I paid on Booking in advance. When we arrived, the recepcionist told me that I had to pay the tax as well. I said ok, but she charged me with the price of the room as well. When I realized it after, I told her that I had already paid, she couldn’t understand it. She called her boss. She didn’t understand it either. Then they called the manager, who realised and admitted that the recepcionist made a mistake, and I paid twice for the room. He said they will transfer the money back to me in a week. I still didn’t get the money. They don’t answer my emails. It seems they want to keep my money. It’s not theirs, but mine… The recepcionist is very slow. Administration is not their cup of tea. They don’t understand elementary school math. It took them almost 2 hours to understand, how much money they have to transfer back. I’m still waiting for my money!!!

The hotel does not work or works poorly with Booking, because I made a reservation for a room, but the hotel did not receive or did not check the messages from Booking and I was forced to look for a place to stay at 11 p.m.

My reservation was confermed, but at my arrival at the hotel I learnt there were no rooms available for me.

Doesn't have too much too offer, but whatever it had was disappointing and disgusting.

Everything.Room door had to be slammed shut. Toilet door did not close. Weird sewage smell coming from the toilet which would fill the room whenever we went out. Insufficient lighting in the room. Sun-shades was broken and had to be manually pulled down.

They mixed up rooms so we came in the evening and people were sleeping in the room. They got scared and screamed. Then the big hut manager went around the hotel and kept opening rooms - maybe 10 rooms? He could t find our place. Then we got room which was leaking water from the roof and was missing bathroom door. Complete disaster - no payment back - no communication or feedback. Absolute NO!!!

The bathroom is like the planes. My smells like a cigarettes. And the lady charged me for two breakfast and It was just me.

The mattress were comfortable

Mildew in the bathroom, walls were full of mosquito blood, sink and shower were dirty, bathroom is way too small

Near to thw autobahn

In the room there was heavy cigarette smell, we hqd to sleep with the window open and a mosquito family visited us The bathroom ... well , at least it had one in the room, but it was a bad experience.

Cheap and a good location for us

Window blind missing. Bunk Bed side loose and could fall down. The air conditioning didn't work. Cigarette marks on sink. The shower curtain on a replacement rail which made the shower area very small.

Passable

Too far from town and train station. Staff not helpful in getting taxi to return to station. Would never stay there again.

Little to say - a classical Premiere Clase for one night stay with simple and nice breakfast. Fresh baguette and other regular food.

The shower was even smaller than usuall with and improvised shower curtain. Not very suitable for a stay with a toddler.

The quietness of the location plus the low priceof the breakfast. Moreover, The staff was kind enough.
