Good location in a characterfull, tastefully decorated hotel. Very helpful owner. Good breakfast in a luminous spacious room.

Nothing, we very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The location was good. Quaint, old building. Breakfast was nice. Fresh croissants and baguette.

Google directions were inaccurate. It said the road Ave Sixte Quenin goes through, but it does not. You have to drive down Bd De Craponne to park.

A lot of flies and flying bugs in the room. No vermin, just bugs from outside.

The exterior of it is very nice and the parking is useful.

The rooms were very disappointing. We had black mold and ammonia in the shower. Lots of dust as well. Bathroom garbage was full.

It’s a hotel in a very old building. It’s like living in a big house with your family- warm and friendly. You will hear when people come home late and go to bed. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice breakfast. Close to city, restaurants, shopping. And a perfect parking in front of the hotel for the car. Also place for parking your bicycle safe.

Location is okay, 20 minutes walk to the center

The hotel has character, is well sited to walk the historic sites of Arles and the owner was helpful at all times. The parking was adequate.

The bathroom could have been more modern.

Very close to the city centre, all the principal attraction and in the same time to the exit from the highway. AC available. Quiet at night.

Plenty of parking in the front but beware of the market on Saturday (we had our car towed away). The bathroom was small and poorly ventilated.

very very very very very bad!!! the owner is so rude! and there was no AC!! but the owner just told us there was no AC after we arrived without any apology. Sanitary conditions are also poor

Disappointing

The worst thing was that the owner granted a room with no moquette, lying on the possibility to give one room without it and I had serious problems of allergy because of the inconvenience. Moreover I paid for three breakfast having only asked boiled water (only the first morning I took coffee with milk with nothing to accompany it.

The location is scary, at night just men in the street, we felt uncomfortable. Room full of mosquitoes, air-conditioning noisy... Polite owner

Perfect location for exploring central Arles. Good breakfast.

No frills but very well priced for the area and convenient. Ensuite was good
