    Pros +

    • Very calm and quiet, centrally located
    • We arrived "after hours" but the instructions to get into our room were very clear. Location was great, staff very helpful, bathroom was perfect.
    • Such a nice welcome from the people at reception! It was lovely to have a suite at this price. During a three-week journey through Burgundy and Provence, this was my favorite hotel. It was very easy to find, very close to the train station, and yet inside the old city walls with a nice view from both rooms. It was easy to walk from there to the main sites of Arles. It was quiet and clean, with a kettle, mini-fridge, and desk. The wi-fi worked well. It was bright and cheerful. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe. I would be happy to stay there again.

    Cons -

    • Elevator was small, we had a bit of difficulty parking nearby (due to a flea market), A/C in room was weak (although it was a very hot day)
    • Everything was good about this place. It wasn't super-luxurious, but it was excellent for the price.
    • Elevator not working - had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Great location!! Staff were lovely. Very small room but we had a great view of the coliseum! Bathroom modern and clean. We parked at the train station down the street overnight for free. 4-5 min walk. You can park nearby to unload your bags then go park. Arles is the most beautiful town!!!

Elevator not working - had to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

This is a small, family-owned hotel, conveniently located close to the train station, restaurants, attractions, and a Monoprix. We enjoyed chatting with the owners, who are very personable. The hotel has been recently refurbished, and it is neat, clean, and attractive. There was a heat wave during our stay, but the air conditioning kept our room cool. Breakfast was good.

A second luggage rack would be nice.

We stayed for 2 nights in late September. It was a wonderful stay from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Great location for anyone travelling by train and rooms are comfortable and clean. Louise on reception is an absolute star who gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to help us find our room and try find another place to stay. They tried to minimize our stress.

    The room was very small.

    good location, fair price

room small, hotel is unattended after 7:30pm, woman at desk very unhelpful and castigated us for asking for ice.

Hotel location is excellent! Close to parking, restaurants, city center and other attractions (e.g., arena). Room was spacious and had two balcony windows that could be opened for additional fresh air. For the price, an excellent option. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was just OK, so I would suggest skipping it for a better value or better food options nearby.

Great location for exploring the Old Town. Staff were friendly and Hotel was clean.

Limited parking available, though free parking a couple of minutes away at the train station is available.

The location is perfect, right at the entrance of the old town on the remparts a five minutes walk to the Train station and near all the historic monuments /restaurants/museums/market and shops and all. The breakfast was copious with fresh breads, fruits, eggs , cheese and charcuterie.

There was no area to relax and read outside of the bedroom.

    8JosiePosted on: 9-8-2025

Excellent location… just inside the old city, so you can park right outside. Easy access to everything.

    9MariePosted on: 9-6-2025
