Pros +
- Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.
- The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable
- Very small room but clean. The workers were great and very helpful
Cons -
- The bathroom had a horrible smell of urine. I had to open the window to breathe. There were web spiders and spiders in the corners of the room.
- The rooms were very tiny and one of the beds was not made. The location was a bit far from the town
- There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. The coffe machines in the lobby were out of order. It was a bit small, but that was expected.

Close to the highway and close to the city centre. The staff was lovely. I found it very good value for the rates. Clean and convenient.
Bang for buck. The price was really cheap for what it was. The room was clean, really basic as you would expect from an Ibis Budget, but it was perfect to just spend the night and take a shower. Parking was included, 10m from the hotel entrance, it was really practical.

The position
No other facilities around such restaurants, bars etc.Room too small, bath too small
Staff has been very kind.Breakfast was quite good and complete.Position is very good if you are travelling by the highway.
Room is quite small and essential. The bed of our son was not done and we had to do it by ourselves.
Convenient location; clean room, good value for money; polite staff
Very basic feel to room, but you get what you pay for!
Nice location, free parking, working AC. Good stay overall!
The bathroom did have a bit of weird smell, but nothing critical. Breakfast was average
Response of the staff. It was clean.
Tiny room and bathroom. The noice insulation is not good. It is possible to hear what is going on in the corridor and in the neighburing rooms-
the location is super nice, and the staff was nice and as helpful as they could be
There was a horrible smell in the room, so the staff agreed to give us the only other available room. But the ac was not working; we tried opening the window and mosquitoes joined the party, so we had to choose either to suffocate or to be suffer from mosquito bites...
Check-in experience was nice, administrator is very kind and helpful. My room was very quiet. Breakfast was nice, although too many carbs.
Room is very small and dark, but it's ok for a short stay.
It was cheep so I can’t complain that it felt cheep…but it felt cheep. I think if you’re with friends and young it’s a good place to go. The bunk bed is not good for people with back, knee, or joint pain…but again that is kind of obvious.
Lack of air ventilation created a stuffy, smelly, and hot room before we even entered.
Our arrival at the hotel was met with a heartwarming welcome that set a positive tone for our stay. The room charmed us with its pleasant decor and cozy ambiance. The beds, a sanctuary of comfort, ensured a deeply restful sleep after a day spent on the road, recharging us completely. Breakfast was another delight, featuring a wide selection that catered to various preferences, all complemented by a commendable coffee machine that added a perfect start to our mornings. For dinner options, the hotel's proximity to a plethora of fast-food outlets offered convenience and variety, making our evening meal choices easy and satisfactory.
The only hiccup in our otherwise splendid stay was the bathroom's compact size. While functional, a bit more space would have enhanced the overall comfort and convenience.
Moderate hotel for moderate price - that is, just what you would expect for such money. Room was small but tolerable; breakfast decent; 20 minutes walk to the very center of Arles was compensated by free private parking.
A small fridge in the room would be a big help.+ One more detail: this hotel has electrical outlets that accept only type C, E and F plugs, but not "Schuko" plug. Not a minus actually, but you'd better know it in advance.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, this makes all the difference and the ladies at the desk were key to my happy stay! Check in very was also easy. The hotel was very helpful with my Bicycle and the storage of it during the night.
The hotel is next to a busy highway. The area has a lot of traffic. Walking is difficult and can be dangerous because of the missing infrastructure.
Easy parking and near autoroute. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was Good quality and value
Festival night so would have been much better to be within pleasant walking distance of the historic centre. Quite expensive (but a busy night)
The private parking and the location not too far from the city center. It's possible to get also a bus (with limited availability though). Breakfast at€7,50 was ok and the staff was very friendly.
The room is very tiny and also the bathroom. It's good for a 1night stay but I wouldn't do more than that. It didn't seem to be very well looked after especially the bathroom, which looked cheap and not up to the standard.
The room was very basic but it was irrelevant. Arles is such a wonderful town that it was worth it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and neat, and the staff was great and welcoming. The AC was a bonus.
Better for those traveling by car or passing through. Harder to access old town by walking. Around 30 min walk.
