A great place to stay. Staff was very helpful & welcoming.

Such a beautiful room, pristine clean, high quality bathroom products, room with a nice view on the backyard, great pool and comfy chairs by the pool. Very quiet location, at 20 minutes walk from the train station. The breakfast (not included) was soooo worth it. Delicious, generous diversity of options, good quality, definitely worth the price. We recommend this Hotel, te staff was friendly. We will book there again if we return to Arles.

It is a bit the opposite way between the train station and the city center. However, it is definitely worth the detour to get such a high quality-value stay !

The thing we like the most is the terrace and the swimming pool.Also the staff was really nice!

Maybe the only detail is that the bathroom light is automatic and sometimes it takes a bit too long to switch off.

The staff was very friendly and served a great breakfast. The room was also plenty quiet with a pleasant view to the courtyard and pool. The value for the money was good. It makes a nice stay for 1-2 nights, but no longer.

This is really a "motel" and not a hotel given that the rooms open to the outdoors and the fact that there is no real lobby. The location is just outside the inner city zone of Arles with not much to offer in walking distance. The interior is basic in levels of comfort.

Absolutely nothing. We left the hotel first thing in the morning, even though we had paid in advance — just to avoid getting sick. That says everything.

Disgusting room: mold, dirt, broken furniture, unbearable stench covered with aggressive chemicals. Nothing matched the 4-star rating. We literally ran away the next morning, preferring to lose our money rather than stay in such conditions. It felt like something out of a third-world nightmare.

We ordered breakfast for 3 mornings, but cancelled one, this couldn't be reimbursed.

Freezing room Heater could not be increased. Was at night and down many stairs so did not bother going down to ask to remediate . Room clean but worn. Had to pay for parking (10 euro) to “offset booking fees” even though site listed free parking.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

It was a nice hotel and it was quite cute. The room was spacious and nice. The pool was nice and the garden. The staff were great! We forgot our swimsuits in the room and they shipped it to us internationally. I would recommend!!

Fairly small room for three adults. Mosquitoes meant we couldn’t leave doors open at night.

Lovely two bed apartment on top floor of hotel with air conditioning. Perfect for families. Delicious continental breakfast included. Pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and whole hotel was very clean. Short walk into the old centre of Arles, which is beautiful and well worth a visit. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast, pool area were very nice, all rooms have a terrace and well located. Cars could easly be parked.

Arles city centre is 1,5 km away, the hotel is located in a residential area. It was quite though. All information is known when You make a reservation, so there is no surprise.

I had a big problem to reach the hotel: I arrived at 7 pm at the station and there were no taxis and connections to hotel. I had to walk with luggage to the hotel about 2.5 km. Not so nice when you have bulky stuff. It should be mentioned so that people take dispositions. The day after they called a taxi for me to reach the centre of town. It was about 4 km and the lady charged me 20 euros which is way too much. In short place is good but not if you do not have a car.

A little oasis, nice garden, nice pool. Friendly staff.
