Pleasant work area off reception, clean and airy feel, tasty food.

    Location a little downbeat.

The hotel is located within short walk or bus ride of Arles. Bus stop is just outside so very convenient. Price is good VFM. When we arrived there the hotel was busy and room not properly cleaned. Dinner was hit and miss. Breakfast basic but had everything you need. Beds and shower were good. No kettle. The staff were extremely helpful and tried to rectify any problems

    We liked almost everything

We didn't like the bath/shower it was high to climb into with no grab rail, and the shower was awkward over the bath bad design.. Much better last time with a shower cubicle

The suit room for a family is really spacious. Perfect for a night stay, does not have dangerous areas for babies that walk around. Great breakfast, parking right at the hotel and next to the highway. Fast check-in and check-out.

The hotel is good, offers all the necessary amenities including free parking. Breakfast was good and varied.Clean, tidy, large and comfortable rooms. The staff had few problems with their attitude to guests. The hotel is located over a mile from the centre of Arles as it is walking distance along a not very pleasant and convenient road.

    9MihalyPosted on: 11-23-2024

All good. Easy check in and out even during late hours. Great breakfast.

    5AnnePosted on: 10-19-2024

    Cheap

Not a safe area, hairdryer not working, breakfast not good and pool area not maintained

    8DavidPosted on: 10-9-2024

    Comfortable and quiet. Car parking.

    The grounds are a wasteland.

It is clean and tidy even when fittings are old. The price is good for a one night stay and the breakfast is more than generous.

It is located just outside town, 15 mins walk along a main road which is quite deserted in the night. Although we were on the 7th floor I was attacked by mosquitoes which added to a very hot bed (I didn’t realise it had a rubbery mattress protector) made my night a misery.

The price. Free easy parking. The location was fine. Fine stay for the price.

Smell of sewer kind of permeated the whole area. The driveway was full of trash and so was the neighborhood. The hotel and parking was clean however. We walked into Arles which was fine. Breakfast was fine and it gets busy.

The room was very good. The staff were moderately helpful. Breakfast was good but as noted below, we didn't try the restaurant due to closure, we had found restaurants elsewhere.

The restaurant and bar were closed two out of three days. I was informed in advance of the Saturday closure but not of the Thursday closure. The hotel was pretty full so Accor were losing business and alienating customers.

    4EllenPosted on: 9-29-2024

Staff were nice, good size clean room, breakfast had enough options including soya milk and the staff sorted a high chair for our baby.

We chose the hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool open until mid October and paid more for this vs other hotels so we could take our child swimming. When we arrived we were told the swimming pool was closed, as was the bar and restaurant, with no reason given. This was really disappointing. The location of the hotel, whilst technically walkable to the centre of town, is not in a nice area and the walk is unlit, not entirely on pavements and felt unsafe at night.

    9BrianPosted on: 9-18-2024

Staff were lovely and friendly, the rooms were comfy and Arles is great.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in room.

    8ElizabethPosted on: 9-17-2024

    Great pool, excellent breakfast.

Rather the rough end of town with rubbish on the drive and not a very nice walk into town.

    7VivianaPosted on: 9-6-2024

The pool is nice, breakfast has a variety of food to choose from

Breakfast choices did not list allergens, posing challenges for those with allergies or intolerances.

Great breakfast (early start!), late checkin (12:00), room size, bathtub, amazing museum close by
