- Excellent location just outside the historic city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well designed and decorated conversion of an old convent building.
- Very interesting and beautiful property given the history of the building. Perfect location central. Very comfortable luxurious room and pool area was lovely especially after a day of walking in warm weather. The staff members were very kind and helpful.

Excellent location just outside the historic city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well designed and decorated conversion of an old convent building.

Felt a little empty of people given the size of the property.
The facility is quite unusual in color and feel - the people were wonderful and breakfast was fine. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was simply terrific and at a very moderate cost.
We would probably preferred a more subtle room decor’.
The room and decor (throughout the hotel) are extraordinary ... and extraordinarily imaginative--in the best possible ways. Cathedral ceiling, beautiful chandelier, and the bathroom has a large marble sunken tub. The pool area is lovely, and the water in the pool is the perfect temperature. Our room was exceptionally large with a comfortable bed, a sitting area and 2 TVs.
Fantastic location. Friendly and professional staff. Nice hotel where the renovation is in harmony with the old architecture.
I would prefer to have more various choices both at breakfast and in the minibar. The internet was not stable in our room.
Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Great location. Larger room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice bar and restaurant. Superb expresso martini.
Room carpet just a tad bit off colored.
Good location
Upon arrival, the concierges were cold, unfriendly and unprofessional. They made for a very poor first impression. The hotel is nice but badly needs to be updated.
Very friendly and helpful staff all round. Excellent food and great location for old city.
Nothing negative
A hotel with a historyWarm welcome and goodbye (bottle of sparkling water as a gift for everybody)
Great location, elegant entry. We chose the location for the spa and spa amenities, some of which were unavailable during our stay. The spa tub was lovely but requires a reservation, so it is not as accessible as we had imagined.
The heater in the room was loud and the design was awkward, not bespoke. The pillows were large and hard, no soft options. In a twice upgraded room at a spa hotel one expects decadent high quality bedding, but here it meant only size, square meters of the room, attributed to strange empty corners.. we booked here for the spa facilities and they were not all available so that was disappointing. we did not find our advance reservations of the hotel tub matched accurately with what we were told at the spa, of course it was lovely that we were able to get massages. Having requested the week prior we were shocked it was so difficult. We had a lovely stay, but the check in staff did us no favors, the room did not feel well considered or “superior””deluxe” etc.. maybe it s the off part of the off season… must be wonderful when the pool and facilities are all available.
Great staff! The room is a little small if you there for business to work there and the desk is too busy with the fridge under and the coffee on top not enough room to work and no comfortable chair to work at the desk. The bathroom is very small to get into the shower.
The bathrooms need renovating! Totally unpractical…never stayed in a room with such a bad bathroom! And who invented squ
The staff were very unfriendly on check in. The square black toilet was just ridiculous. The shower over the bath was a nightmare to get in and out of.
Beautiful building and lobby bar; Room was a good size for France; Wait staff in restaurant were lovely; Nice area central to the "important" site
Dinner in restaurant was pretty bad.... pretty plating but poor preparation; Hot water was never HOT and, in fact, took 10+ minutes to arrive.
Great location and kind staff who are doing their best.
Having stayed in many hotels this one is slightly past its prime and not like other 5 star hotels. Decor needs attention, for example our bathroom had many areas of black mildew on the tiles. Hypoallergenic Pillows are like balloons ! The staff are busy at cleaning etc. but it feels like nothing has been done since 2014 when it opened with new decor. Funny smell too. Only one person on reception for check in and check out - who also acted at Concierge - answering questions re Arles - while the rest of us waiting to check in etc. Saturday market meant the road Hotel is on is SHUT. Although I called Hotel and asked when road would be opened they just repeated to park in 'central car park'....when we finally got to hotel from car park carrying our bags, road was opened. For future guests, it appears markets areas are reopened after cleaning which is around 3:30pm. If you are checking in on Saturday - wait until 4pm....traffic was very bad around hotel until.
The hotel is very well situated in Arles with a Saturday market outside the front door and great facilities
Worst value for money in a 5 stars hotel
Hard to understand how he got 5 stars, in 40 years of travelling I never meet a location of 5 stars with such low end facilities....nobody comes to take your luggage at the parking, the rooms are made of old carpets with significant durst (I am allergic)
Classical building with stylish interior, lovely pool with outdoor area, very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent experience !
We liked everything!
Good location. Interesting decor.
Don't eat in the restaurant. Very disappointing. Dishes were trying too hard to be interesting and just ended up being odd.
The hotel and room were similar than pictures. The bed and pillow very comfortable. The staff at reception was welcoming and helpful for any question we had. And the breakfast was excellent.
Not much room in the bathroom to leave products by the sink. Not a very big flaw though.
