    • Room guest was sick and couldn't sleep.

    • The check in is at 5! I never had such a late check in, and there were not people at the reception. I had to clime over the fence to find someone to open the main door for me. The checkout is at 10, also early.

A very good hostel with a very good outside garden area and a bar. You get to meet new people. It is not in the center, but you can walk for like 18 minutes to get to Place de Republique. There also buses around the hostel. It is very close to the old Roman cemetery, about 5 min walk. The breakfast was very good!

    Nice breakfast, nice garden

They have limited hours at the desk and the place is a bit far from town

    Le petit déjeuner

Be aware that this hostel is totally closed between 10am and 5pm, you can NOT leave any luggage, you will have to wait outside with your luggage! And from 11pm same story, closed. The room was not clean, a big spider in the room. When I said that to the receptionist, the answer was "if you are not satisfied you can leave".One night 3 people arrived and there were only 2 beds left. The hostel explained that they have big computer problems.

The staff and roommates is kind, breakfast was fun. I slept well.

The kitchen is located outside terrace. The building seems a bit old and it was cold in the mornings and evenings.

I had a very good stay. Comfortable place for meeting wonderful people, breakfast was comfy and good enough for me, the fact that it’s included in the price is amazing. And they had a guitar!

Dorms get a bit crammed and stuffy in the summer..ample storage with big provided locker. Wonderful garden and amazing buffet

    8PatrickPosted on: 10-7-2024

Central location, warm welcome and friendly atmosphere, clean rooms including bathroom and shower rooms, nice breakfast, secure bike storage.

Very nice place and nice breakfast

Nothing. a bit far from city center but still within walking distance

    7SunPosted on: 9-24-2024

breakfast included(cheese, ham, baguette, cereal, juice, tea and apples) water dispenser Good size locker with a keywalking distance to town centre and Lidl, KFCtowels provided

I had never stayed in hostels before so I didn't know what to expect. Now I know that I need to bring my own shampoo/shower gel. It would be nice if they had all-in-one shampoo/shower gel but well I cannot ask too much from hostels. When I had to walk back around 21:00 by myself on the first day, the road(about 3 blocks) to a hostel was dimly lit and quiet, I ran all the way. it was too scary. Next day I came back before sunset. My bed was right next to socket so it was good but others had to come to the socket to charge their phones or else fully charge your phone and keep next to you

Nice place, possible to walk into town. A garden next to the Auberge with trees. Calm and relaxing. Breakfast as to be expected, always enough from everything. Friendly staff. Clean.

    Nothing to complain about.

    7YaPosted on: 9-18-2024

Breakfast is good and the area is quiet.

The door of the room cannot be locked and there is no window inside the room.

Great value & location was great. Arles is a magical place to be!

I’m glad I stayed two nights. Sunday the front desk person was hyper energetic and speaking rapid French. Nothing felt authentic, sincere or about the guests… his frenetic energy took over. To use the WiFi it’s only available in the lobby. So I needed to chillax. And was able to observe the difference from Sunday to the calm, gentle and peaceful manner of Monday check-in, customer service. It made the whole place feel … nicer.

The people were nice, guests were very considerate. Made me feel like I will stay at the Hostels instead of Hotels changed my view. Best thing is meeting people from all over the world and kindness.

My phone was stolen and they were not helpful in trying to help me get it back or giving information. The guy Sebastian was very nice and calm. The 2 ladies who are the cleaners and do the breakfasts are GREAT! They rock and even one of them offered to drive me to the train station for free. I totally think they are amazing people.

I loved the space, people, and breakfast !

Quiet and rather convinient location to get to the city center and main attractions. Staff was helpfull. Hostel has a nice otside area to relax, have breakfast or cook dinner.

There were no outlets by the bed and you could not lock the room

    7ViktóriaPosted on: 7-11-2024

It has a very good price. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. The hostel is in a nice and quiet place.

No socket or lamp next to the bed.

    8KanaPosted on: 7-6-2024

The breakfast was really good. No eggs but wonderful cheese and ham, coffee, bread, selections of spreads, fresh fruit.

Wifi was not available at all. You should be prepared with your own network. Also, I read other reviews and prepared long extension codes but still it didn’t reach other beds; room is large and socket is only in the corner at the entrance. I think you’d need an extension of over 5-10m.
