Hôtel Arles Plaza

Okay room and hotel for 1-2 nights stay, it has a pool but we didn't try it. Generally, close to the old town and attractions, all within walking distance (~25-30 min from the train station).

As with many places in Provence, 'car is the king', so if you want to walk, prepare to wait at the traffic lights, watch the roads that you're about to cross and be patient. The hotel is not so conveniently located if you're not driving (but could be worse).

Confusing layout of rooms so hard to find

Exceptional breakfast. Great activities available...indoor pool, sauna, spa, play area for children. Location was an easy walk to main attractions, however, Arles is a little more run down than most French towns.

There was no on-site restaurant. This was unfortunate since we were experiencing terrible weather and did not wish to leave the hotel. However, they did have smaller snacks available that we made due with. Also, we were given an interior room with a window that faced another room. This was horrible since we had to have the drapes drawn at all times for privacy, thus had no natural light. If it weren't for this, the hotel would have been perfect.

The property was very clean! The staff were very friendly. The pool area was a lovely bonus and way to relax after walking around all day! Although I didn’t love the walk part of the way through, the proximity to the main square area was excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk to get to an area with lots of restaurants and then that lead you further into the area with the monuments and museums.

Nothing really about the property itself however, it didn’t feel like the best location to walk through to get to the main square in Arles. The street that you walk down is dark and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is a very good choice for a short stay in Arles. Just one piece of advice: if you want a good night's rest, specifically ask for a room that is NOT on the side of the motorway. The windows are not soundproof and the traffic noise from the motorway is unbearable throughout the night.

Thank goodness for air conditioning!!! The room was comfortable and the pool was a treat. So nice to have easy parking close to the city.

The neighborhood is not the best... However it is 10 minutes walk from the downtown

We liked the spacious family room and the swimming pool. The fact that the hotel was in walking distance from the center was very nice.

Easy 10-15 minute walk to Arles center. Easy Parking. The breakfast was very good. Friendly, helpful staff.

There is nothing wrong. Lacks charm - it has a funky modern esthetic. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable - we had 3 twin beds.

Good location, hotel parking was a +, reception opened late- we arrived around midnight and i know it may be a quest to find opened front desk after working hours

The hotel was clean, modern, and very family-friendly. We especially loved the pool area — spacious, nicely decorated, and perfect for relaxing after exploring Arles. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was generous with many choices. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. Great location for visiting the city center.

The ad is misleading. It shows only rooms with bathtub however there is only shower in the room. When ask the staff, it claimed “it’s just a photo”. When ask the clerk at the spot to help, it first said there could be compensation in the morning and in the morning they told otherwise. Requested Booking.com to support and it’s a week now we got nothing. There is still no intention to update the misleading ad on the room type. In addition, the room was not fully cleaned. Residuals could be found in the cups.

Location was good, kids loved the pool, continental breakfast had everything we expected. 1-BR room with living room/kitchen (very rare for hotels) was large and had a kitchenette.

AC was broken in our room, making nights very uncomfortable in ~35C weather. The staff did give us fans and manager was responsive in giving a partial refund, which I appreciated. I understand mechanical issues happen; they managed as best they could. AC, proximity to the beach, and pool (in that order) were really the only reasons we had booked there.

Beautiful art everywhere! Lots of space in our suite. Good parking. Kind reception crew. Excellent breakfast!

Our room was too cold. We couldn’t control the temperature. Some required extra blankets. Some wore clothes to bed. Not good!

The hotel is a little bit old fashioned.

Very courteous staff who also provided help in transfer of our luggage from car to room unlike many other hotels in Europe! Fantastic location … one can easily walk down to the key tourist spots. Plenty of parking and good sized rooms. Nice indoor swimming pool and Hollywood themed decor of the hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is little tricky and can be missed first time you are coming using google / apple maps

decor in common areas was interesting. They had a giant bull statue and a bigger-than-life-size Captain America. I didn't understand the connection.

Charming family room with high ceiling and a fridge. The staff were very accommodating and the pool and jacuzzi (although a bit outdated) were refreshing. Excellent location to visit Arles within walking distance.
