Very friendly hotel staff who worked above and beyond to make up for an initial mistake with the check-in process.

The property was fine, room comfortable & clean. Well situated for travelers, good accessibility & secure parking. Staff very pleasant & friendly.

The food served in the restaurant was very poor, barely edible. We chose fish & chips which turned out to be soggy fish in breadcrumbs served with reheated boiled potatoes in some weird sauce. Not a chip in sight!!!

We changed rooms because of several reasons:-The nasty bad smell -Broken desk- Mosquitoes invasionThe new room has a better smell, but the mosquitoes were so many ?

The hotel is close to the center, walking distance from the train station. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. There was a kettle and tea, and big bottle of water. The bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful; I also liked that they offered to take water with me when checking out.

understand that due to the climate, there are mosquitoes. But I was disappointed to see several dead mosquitoes on the wall in the bathroom. You can also diversify your breakfast by adding cooked dishes. Otherwise, croissants and raw eggs (which they themselves offer to boil or fry) looked meager.

Facilities in the room were good, beds comfy, nice staff.

Room A/C was rubbish.

Good location with easy access, in a commercial area within walking distance to the center of Arles. I appreciated the free parking space and the in-room tea boiler.Breakfast was above par for the category on the first day, while on the second day we were served the leftovers (no fruit salad, lower quality ham, watered fruit juice, poorer choice of yogurts, etc.). It would be much better to keep quality at a stable standard.

The comfort in the room unfortunately was very low. Air conditioning was totally inefficient (basically just ventilation), and in these days of summer the room got unbearably hot.Worse than that, it was impossible to keep windows open at night due to the overwhelming amount of mosquitos, so the nights were equally hot and uncomfortable. It would be good sense to furnish windows with mosquito nets, for a hotel in the humid area of Camargue, in case you cannot provide efficient air conditioning. This was a major inconvenient for a hotel that I would otherwise consider practical and decent.As another minor remark: the bath tub surface was slippery. It would be safe to install some anti-slip tape to prevent dangerous falls.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super friendly, there are lots of parking places, easy to reach with the car and with groceries/restaurants nearby. We booked the day before and it was overall it was a great stay for one night with a good price. We were visiting relatives in the outskirts of Arles which made the location perfect (close to the highway and not having to go through center traffic). If you want to go to Arles center though, it might not be so easy reachable without a car.

No fridge in the room, but this is just being picky. For one night it is fine.

The room was not super clean. There are a lot of dead and alive bugs and mosquitos. I had to have battle with them every day when I go back to the room.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to the highway, because one day we travelled to Nimes and another to la Camargue, we came from Avignon and went on to Antibes, so the access was easy. Going to old town Arles was also easy. Intermarche super is a few metres away and so are other grocery shops. I liked the friendly and helpful staff, providing us with fresh purified water whenever we needed it. Also the variety at breakfast.

There are many mosquitos outside, which is understandable because of the proximity of the Rhone canal. The mosquitos are also inside, in the room. But the hotel provided us with insecticides and once we killed the mosquitos in the room and were careful not to leave the door open, it was fine. The room was not very clean, obviously it is never thouroughly cleaned.

Fairly spacious for a budget hotel room with two beds. Liked the desk along the window and the water kettle and instant coffeeLocation ok for us, but we like to walk. It's 10-15 minutes into town by foot

Room was advertised as having air conditioning. However, it was not functioning when we were there at the end of June. Warm and muggy weather. We opened the window, but there were no screens. Many mosquitoes came in. We each got dozens of bites.Location not ideal if you do not have a car

Accommodation blocks a bit shabby. Aircon didn’t work well. Bit far from the centre of Arles.

We stayed here during our road trip as we needed a place near the motorway for the next morning. The location of this hotel provided us exactly with this. The room was comfortable, good bed, plenty of sockets, a desk for laying out things, an area for hanging our clothes with hangers included which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bar area with some outside space which was nice. We were able to walk to a nearby restaurant which was good and food was no longer being served when we arrived.

The air conditioning unit was not very effective and was not great at cooling the room down.

bit of a walk to Arles old town ( 20-15mins). situated in out of town location next to retail parks.

Cozy quiet and comfort room, the staff are hospitality. Easy to park.

The fact that it was near the centre of the city of Arles (20 minutes on foot) but also near the highway with the parking.

The shower was a bit difficult to use comfortably.

The staff is helpful and friendly, we appreciated the internal parking.

Poor maintenance of the structure and the apartments, poor internal cleaning and no disinfestation, we were invaded by mosquitoes...

The only good thing about this hotel is the crew, super friendly and helpful.

The room wasn’t nearly as expected. Installations were old and really dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold on the ceiling. There were dead mosquitos marks all over the walls. At first, they gave us a room that had smoke smell. They quickly change us to another room which was even worse. Finally they changed us to a third room which at first had a nice smell, but during the night the bathroom pipe started smelling so bad we even woke up in the middle of the night. Such a bad experience.
