Good quality Reception and communal areas. Breakfast was varied and good quality. Reasonable walk to centre ville.

It was cheap and clean, the reception area looked nice and the staff was very nice

The bed was quite uncomfortable, there was some wooden planks or something that made it really weird to sleep…

The original room smelled of cigarettes. The new room, after changing, had unflushed feces in the toilet. Additionally, there was no body wash available in the shower. My room number was 125.

Private parking available, close to the highway, clean. Ok.

First room without clean towels, water on the floor… The room was changed but it was not so clean and « fresh » as on your photos. Some lights did not function. Neighboorhood made noise…

The price and location were good.

It was stinky. And the worse at 8:30 am somebody just has entered our room. He opened the door by card, I don't know if it was a guest or a staff member, but it was really uncomfortable. It shouldn't happen at all, I was not safe in the room.

Good emplacement, comfortable bedding, have their own restaurant. Breakfast was good, The first time I saw loose tea in hotels, it was Excellent!Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the food was good. Large wi Dow I. The room helped brighten the room.

There was no table or chair in the room so there was no where to sit other than the bed. No where to put items except the bed or the floor. The bathroom needed a hand towel. There were two bath towels and one bath mat. The room colour was dull and a bit depressing. The room key did not work the next morning.

Right off the road. Loads of free parking. Great breakfast. Excellent value. Comfortable beds.

Overall, the place could use a renovation, but I don't care about that. Also, the computer system was down, so no internet.

Cleanliness and helpful staff

Location a bit away from city centre. It's a 15 min walk or a short bus trip though, if you don't drive.

The hotel is very close to the city center, we stopped there for one night and had the chance to visit Arles. The staff is amazing! And they are pet friendly :-)

The rooms need some renovations but were clean and tidy.

Bed was clean .

Area was dodgy or felt it . Carpets stained / poorly maintained common areas and a general smell about the place.

Room was reasonably spacious though very minimal. Clean and comfortable.

Chair instead of a plastic stool would be nice. Shower support loose so shower moving all over the place!Corridors were smelly.

In our 3 persons bedroom, only 1 plug/socket next to the beds… really not practical…Hotel not accessible for strollers despite the outside ramp (very steep and dangerous - impossible to use if you’re alone and carry a big heavy suitcase)

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and had nice linens. They had a special room to park our bikes.

The location was a bit of a walk to the downtown of Arles.

A turd in the toilet and brown stain on a towel. Toilet didn't flush properly. Showerhead holder was broken.
