Pros +
- The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The room was large and quiet.
- Great location, right in the center of the old part of Arles. I had a really nice lunch at their outside seating area. My room was on the third floor with no elevator which was fine for me me but perhaps not for those who find a lot of stairs difficult. The desk clerk helped my carry my bags upstairs when I arrived. I had just finished a three-week bike trip and I stored my my bike in a hallway at the side of the restaurant - there was no dedicated bike storage area. The hotel is quaint with lots of charm and personality.
- Charming building in a great location. Clean, quiet. Very pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast selection.
Cons -
- I typically don’t mind stairs, but the stairwell was a little tight and beige, which I found a bit uncomfortable to go down from a depth perception standpoint. Maybe add a black strip to breakup the beige? Just a consideration but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.
- The charm of the hotel outweighed any downsides.
- The room was a bit too small. It was ok for 2 days but we would have needed more space for a longer stay.

Beautiful building. Great location. Lively staff.
The AC didn’t work well so the room was warmer than we would have liked.
Every member of the staff we encountered was exceedingly kind and helpful. A member of our party had a dietary restriction and they were accommodating.Location could not have been better. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.
It wasn't an issue for us but there is no elevator so if mobility is a factor consider requesting a lower floor.
Breakfast was great. All personnel were lovely and very helpful. Location terrific. A lovely old building!
Friendly staff. Excellent location. Value for money.
Great helpful staff. Very clean room.
Breakfast not worth the money. Very noisy at night if you left the window open. The room was too hot without the window open.
The hotel was charming and quaint with a very nice breakfast. Our room was comfortable and so cute. The location was outstanding, close to the Arles centralized parking and a simple walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. Most of all, the hotel staff was lovely – warm, welcoming, thoughtful, and generous with their help and smiles. We loved staying here!
The staff, Antoine, the receptionist was superb. The location, the decor.
Lack of proper communication about facilities
The hotel was very well located in the historical center. And the staff were extremely eager to help. The room was clean.
However, the rooms are somewhat dated and could benefit from some decorating renewal. Even just increasing the amount of light in the room would be a big assistance.
Great location to do tours and walk around the town. Lots of places to eat in the area. The staff at check in are super friendly and helpful.
Great location, the staff were superb and the AC worked!
Staying on the 3rd (2nd) floor with my newly replaced knee.
Located in the heart of the old town
Not accessible by car, had to call to open the street access, pick- up a parking token, then drive back to a parking half a kilometers away. In the middle of all that mayhem, the receptionist wasn't helpful, almost hostile. I didn't feel welcome, there was a heavy cigarette smell coming from somewhere in the corridor. The breakfast was terrible, many containers were empty and never refilled, the rest was not good for human consumption, the coffee inedible
Loved the location and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The building was really quaint.
Not too keen on the spiral staircase with heavy suitcases.Unfortunately I think we were in the smallest room which meant we had to move around one at a time. Also not being french we would have preferred a kettle and larger mugs for tea rather than the coffee machine.Only other issue was that it was described as having an airport shuttle but this didn't exist we managed with a train instead.
Very friendly staff, nice location, nice breakfast, beautiful square below, so close to the Cathedral and Cloisters.
Perfect location in the city, clean and comfortable rooms. We appreciated the water bottles in the fridge.
Very well situated. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean and nice room. Would stay again.
Loved the location and breakfast was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful during our stay, lovely team and very welcoming.
Size of room was disappointing and too small for a couple with cases. This was the only thing disappointing
Good location. Near the public parking. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.Have a nice breakfast.
