Easily accessible with plenty of parking and a wonderful staff.

Hotel is slightly outdated and some comforts like coffee machine or fridge in room would be great (not a negative - just a suggestion).

We enjoyed the pool and gathering spaces on the first floor and courtyard for our family to sit in the evening. The rooms were comfortable.

The location was fine, but required driving to get to food and tourist sites. The front desk staff was unaware of event road closures when we asked if something was happening after seeing no parking signs, so when we drove into town we had some navigation challenges to find an alternate route which was frustrating.

Modern hotel in a marginal location, perfect if you do not want to stay in the crowded streets of Arles. Very good value for money

The swimming pool, the garden and the breakfast are really good and the beds quality is also good. There is nothing to do in the location but we knew it when booking so no surprise and it is pretty close from Arles by car.

The air conditioner was really bad because very noisy and there was no possibility to adjust the settings.Also the decoration in the room is very basic.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and I mean all the staff, from the reception to the cleaners. It seemed like they enjoyed being there.

Food wise little in area.

The fact that there is a small fridge, kettle and microwave freely available is good and practical, but it's a bit of a hassle that it's in the lobby for the whole hotel… The terraces are a little dusty and there are a few traces of animal defecation (chickens and birds probably).

That it does not cater for early departures. We had to call after we had left to settle the balance of our bill

A wonderful hotel, extremely relaxing. Clean and even if our room was small, it was big enough for us and very nice. Great staff, everybody was so friendly! The outdoor area with garden, pool and chickens is amazing. It was very pleasant to have breakfast there and to chill afterwards. We were sad to leave and would come back to Arles to stay there again. :)

It was too fare away from the railway Station.No public transport and no restaurant.

Limited opening hours for the pool. Would have liked to bathe from 8am

We had problems with the WiFi

The family room was exactly what was advertised. We were a party of six, 4 adults and two teenage boys. The bed layouts were perfect and comfortable. I liked how each of the areas were closed off with doors so that each pair had privacy.

The only complaint that I have is the fact that there is only one bathroom which made it hard for a party of 6 to share. The bathroom was accessible by going through a bedroom which made it hard to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without having to disturb the individuals sleeping in that bedroom.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is clean with good seating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is plentiful and parking is safe and convenient. We had a lovely stay.

The location was excellent, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean and there was a pool which was a Bonus!

Shame they didn't have a restaurant but it wasn't a real issue, there were plenty of places to eat locally.

It was great to have the bicycle - thank you. Thank you also for organising the taxi to catch the train this morning.The location is quiet and about 30 minutes walk either way to town. Works both ways - great if you enjoy a walk along country lanes crossing ancient bridges but also aBit difficult if you don’t have a car and need to organise transport.

The location was just outside central Arles, but an easy 50minute walk into the centre through countryside. The hotel was clean with great amenities and a very caring staff - can’t fault in any way. Superbly run and fairly priced.

There was nothing negative from our point of view.

The property is outdated, it doesn’t look like on the pictures and we experienced awful smell from the pipes. I would not recommend breakfast either
