Pros +
- The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They also had a laundry service, and that was incredibly helpful. We were in a great location (literally right next door to Hotel Casa Santo Domingo hotel and museum!!).
- The staff were amazing. Very attentive and helpful. Location is great, far enough away to not be loud but close enough to walk everywhere. And there is parking. The hotel itself was really nice and well done. Would stay there again.
Cons -
- The hotel didn't have air conditioning. Perhaps it was my fault for assuming there would be one, but I wish I knew. Antigua has pretty good weather, so it wasn't much of an issue, especially considering they gave us a fan.
